I know drinking all my problems away is something that you shouldn't do but tonight was the night, Gabbey means the world to me and I wasn't going to lose her over some boy that I have never seen before

"You okay buddy?" The bartender looks at me awhile cleaning the glasses

I shake my head and look down at the glass, I have had way to many drinks and I am not going to lie everything is shit

"Well you ordered that many shots something has got to be up!"

"Well the one that I love and had a kid with me....... but her boyfriend after long years came back and—-"

"And you don't think you can take him?"

"No—-"

"Son! Is that there is one thing that I have learnt from living in America is that no man waits around! You go and get your girl!"

What he said make sense and everything but I can't hurt Gabbey, I don't wanna do what I did before

I got up and paid the bartender the last bit of the check and walked home

I was going to make it up to Gabbey

Been throwing up my gut for the past 20 minutes and my head hurts, i take a couple of headache tablets and put Molly into bed, it was 11 at night and Colby still hasn't come home yet, I tried calling him a couple of times but he ain't answering me

"Colby! Where are you pick up!" speaking to myself

I walk back and forth around the room, I was worried sick about him like I told him that he needs to calm down and get some air but not this long

What have I done? Better yet what is wrong with me?

Soon the door slams shut and here comes a drunk and irresponsible Cole Robert Brock

"Listen to me Gabe! I luv you! And I is not going anywhere!"

I get up and take the bottle from Colby and tip it down the drain

"Your drunk Colby!"

"No I is NOOT!"

I look at him and he looks at me with his hands on his hips and his eyes twitching at me

"Alright! Tell the time!"

He nods his head and walks over to the clock on the wall in the kitchen

"It is luv Colby Rock time!"

I shake my head and he drops to the floor before I catch him

"You know I love you!"

"Yes Colby! Now help me to get you to bed!"

"Why! The night is still young and plus! I think my pee pee wants you!" He laughs and tells me to hush

I laugh to myself and carry his ass upstairs

I drop him on the bed and he flops downs, I close the door behind me so Molly doesn't wake up

"Gabbey! You love me now! You don't luv him!"

I take off his clothes that smell like alcohol and smokes, throw them into the wash and put his clothes on for him

"Colby get some rest I will talk to you in the morning about this okay!"

"But listen, listen! I LOVE YOU AND I WANT YOU TO BE MY WIFE!!"

"Shhh shhh Colby! Your gonna wake up Molly! Are you crazy!"

"Crazy for youuuuuuuuuuuuu!"

"Colby your gonna wake up Molly and she has got school tomorrow, and your stuff is coming in tomorrow!"

"For what?"

"Your moving in!"

He nods his head and looks at me

"What?"

"Your just so beautiful! I can't believe I got so lucky!"

I smile and tuck him into bed

"One more ting before you leave! Can I have some soup and water!"

I nod my head and go downstairs to make soup and get him a bottle of water, I just made him chicken soup and hopefully he won't wake up in a mood

"Thank you lovely!" Colby said patting me like a puppy!"

"Goodnight Colby!"

"Goodnight Gabe!"

I shake my head and look at him with a disappointed look because he knows damn well that I hate that name

I turn off the light and sleep my ass off

-The Next Morning-

I wake up to notice Colby ain't beside me and that Molly was not around, I walk down in the kitchen to see a note

To Gabbey

Me and Molly went out for awhile and then I will drop Molly off her Nans and then I will go get my stuff, pick Molly back up and then come home for a romantic dinner

Okay so I have the whole house to myself and it looks like it is just me relaxing for once in my life

I grave a bag of popcorn and soda and was about to turn on Netflix until Ben decided to join me

"Morning!.....Did you Sleep well!!"

I jump a little

"How the hell! Did you get in my home! Again?"

"Easy! Your boyfriend left the door open!"

"Ben look! I use to love you and I miss the crazy times but this is over! It was over years ago!"

He laughs and looks at me with his devilish smirk again

He gets up and stands over top of me

"Funny news Gabbey! I am not going anywhere! You loved me and I loved you and together we were going to run away together and—-"

"That was like 7 years ago where we would make out and do dumb shit! Ben this is not happening okay......I am engaged and I have a kid with the guy I love very much and I wanna spend the rest of my life with him!"

"But he left you and wanted nothing to do with you!? What? So you prefer that loser over someone that would die for you, that would—"

"Your acting crazy Ben! Please calm down! We can always be friends and hangout like old times, I mean we have been through hell together so what do you say?............friends?"

He looked at my hand and back up to my eyes, he's smirk went away and his eyes were full with lust that was kinda scary

"AM the one saying this is over!...NOT you!"

He walks out with the door slamming it shut and no word leaves my mouth

Something tells me that we going to have another repeat in life
