Explode

Sabrina looks down at the roadside. Jade sits on the bench in her everyday clothes. She flashes a thumbs up at Sabrina, who smiles and looks up and in the window of an old building. Ash stands there, leaning out the window. He winks and points at a convoy that rolls down the road. Sabrina smirks and puts up her hand with a five. She slowly puts down fingers and when she hits two, Jade's hands light on fire. When Sabrina's last finger goes down, two massive fireballs hit the first two armored vehicles and they stop dead in their tracks as they explode. A transport truck slams into the wreckage and armed guards pour out of the remaining vehicles. By the time they near the bench, Jade has already ran into the alley and climbed up the building adjacent to Sabrina. Sabrina points at Ash, who blows the smoke around the men on the ground.

"Show yourself!" A man shouts as he climbs out of the last vehicle.

"So that you may kills us?" Sabrina hides in her invisibility as she flies over the man.

"So that you may be arrested and turned in," he looks around. Sabrina lands behind him and snaps. The cargo truck in the convoy disappears and the captain stares wide eyed at the place where the truck sat.

"Now why would we do that?" Sabrina taps his shoulder and flies up. The man turns and looks at the boot prints that Sabrina left.

"It's Phantom Fury!" The man shouts at his men.

"Ah, you are the commander of this crew," Sabrina comes out of invisibility. She sits on the roof of the armored truck with her legs dangling over the edge.

"That is true," he spins and points his rifle at her.

"Why did you go and do that now?" Sabrina swipes her hand at him and a black tendril rises from the ground and grabs the commander. The smoke rises again and the men run back to help their captain. As they arrive, Sabrina swipes her other hand at them and a wall of strange black substance hits them, sending them flying. She turns back to the captain who has drawn his handgun and fires at Sabrina. The shot flies past her and hits behind her. Their is a cry of pain and Sabrina turns to look back. She sees Jade clutching her stomach and her eyes fill with tears. She spins and looks at the commander.

"You! You shot her!" Sabrina flies over to him and stops face to face with him. She squeezes her hand and the tendril squeezes him. He cries out in pain and he drops the gun.

"Sabrina!" Ash yells as he runs to Jade.

"You will suffer for this," Sabrina squeezes more and the commander gasps as he looks at her, "you will die painfully! You-" Sabrina squeezes her eyes shut and feels a gust of wind hit her.

"Sabrina, we can still save her," Ash tugs her down with a gust of wind. Sabrina squeezes one last time and the commander's body goes still and then limp as the life leaves his body. Sabrina rushes to Jade and snaps as she grabs her hand. All three of them get teleported to Sabrina's house and she sets her on the table. Tears roll down her cheek and drop on Jade. The ring starts to glow and Jade's shallow breathing becomes less labored as her wound seals. Jade sits straight up and lifts her shirt, revealing her stomach. There is no scar and no sign that Jade was shot. She looks up and straight into Sabrina's eyes. The two stare at each other in shock as Ash sneaks out the door, leaving the two alone.
