Smoke and Fire

"How could you let him get away? We could have captured both!" Ash paces back and forth across Sabrina's living room.
"We aren't like that!" Sabrina shouts at him. The two continue their heated argument for several more minutes. Sabrina sighs as she sits cross legged on her couch. Ash throws his hands up and storms out of Sabrina's house. Sabrina shuts her eyes and she starts to fall asleep. Suddenly her phone rings and her eyes fly open.
"Jade?" Sabrina stands as she answers the phone.
"Sabrina! I need your help! Asap! I'm at the place you told me to scope out. Some of the Reigning spotted me and-" Jade's distressed voice gets cutoff by a rush of water.
"Jade?!" Sabrina's voice cracks and when no reply comes, she hangs up the phone. She snaps and her uniform replaces her clothes. She snaps again and she appears on the edge of some ruins. The ruins of the old city hall. Flames spew over some rubble and it starts to melt. Before to much is melted, water rushes up and cuts it off. Sabrina cries out as the water starts to push towards Jade. Serpent looks back at Sabrina and smirks as Tidal keeps getting closer to Jade. Sabrina's eyes start to glow black and strange black smoke starts emitting from her. Serpent's smirk disappears and he turns to Tidal. He shoves him and Tidal turns around. He gets ready to turn the water on Sabrina when she smiles. Tidal's water splashes to the ground and fear settles in. He starts walking backward and stumbles over some rubble. He falls and holds his hands up towards Sabrina, who stands over him.
"Stop it!" Jade shouts, her voice is distant in Sabrina's ears. Jade watches as Sabrina lifts a chunk of rubble and starts to move it towards Tidal. Sabrina feels heat hit her back and drops the rubble. It lands only inches away from Tidal, who passes out when he sees it land near him. Sabrina turns to see Jade holding her hands out, flames coiling around her hands. Serpent rushes at Sabrina with a chunk of concrete, but before he can reach her, the ground below him turns black and he falls into the pit formed under him. The pit remains open as Sabrina's eyes glow even more, a purple hue beginning to appear in the black. Tears fill Jade's eyes as the smoke starts to snake its way to her. She steps back and opens her mouth. No words come out and a single tear rolls down her cheek. Jade falls to her knees and the tear falls into the smoke. An strange feeling runs up Sabrina's back and the smoke recedes back to Sabrina. Her eyes stop glowing but they are no longer a light blue. They are now a beautiful shade of purple. Jade rushes towards Sabrina as she rocks in place. Sabrina passes out as she falls foward and Jade catches her. The pit that Serpent fell in closes and he flies out of it. Jade lifts Sabrina and carries her away, leaving the two Reigning alone.
