Greninja vs. Lucario

Greninja had told his friends about how the Mastermind was. They were shocked but now they had to plan for taking down Team Empire or they would fail to save Kalos from his wrath! Greninja trained every single day... Like this, ten days had passed and Greninja was still training. This time he was training with Lucario. This time it would be an all out battle. 'Ready... Set... GO!' Chespin declared. The battle began! Tyrantrum and Pancham cheered for Lucario while Braixen, Chespin and Hawlucha cheered on for Greninja. Sableye just remained silent and watched the battle. Greninja used Ice Beam but Lucario quickly dodged it and responded with running towards Greninja and then using Metal Claw. Greninja got injured but before Lucario could use another move he used Water Shuriken. The water shurikens hit Lucario and he got hurt but then he used Swords Dance. That raised his power! Greninja took advantage of that and used Water Pulse. That hit Lucario right in the eye and so the water got in his eyes and blinded him for a moment. Greninja smiled as he took advantage of this and used Double Team! He multiplied into several Greninja and then used Quick Attack on Lucario! Greninja's speed had also been increased. Greninja used Bubble. Lucario was on the verge of losing the battle... And that is when he suddenly started glowing... A white light surrounded him. 'Ohno...' he thought 'Looks like my secret is being revealed!' Everyone else got shocked and confused at the same time as Mega Lucario emerged out of the light. 'How did you mega evolve without a trainer?' Braixen asked. Mega Lucario sighed. 'Actually, you don't necessarily need a trainer to Mega Evolve!' he said 'That's one of the big secrets of Mega Evolution... Even if you had a trainer in the past or sometimes never even had a trainer, you can mega evolve! Some of the biggest examples are Diancie and Rayquaza!' Greninja landed on the ground. 'Let's stop our training here...' he said. Lucario turned around. 'Lucario, can I become Ash-Greninja even without Ash?' Greninja asked. 'Probably, if you try...' Lucario said but then narrowed his eyes 'But shouldn't it be called Mastermind-Greninja?' Greninja looked at Lucario. 'When I was his pokemon he was not like this!' Greninja tried to explain but Lucario was not in the mood of listening. 'YOUR master is a threat to us and also... Let me remind you that Team Empire was the one that destroyed Rowlet in Alola...'
