It was warm, not hot that makes you wanna get up, but it was a comfortable warm that Lance hasn't felt since he was just a small child. He dug his head into the source of the warmness, holding it as tight as he can. Lance didn't want this to escape his grasp, he wanted to keep this forever. Digging his face deeper taking a deep breathe in content, the scent that invaded is nose was the most amazing thing he ever smelt.

It smelt like pine wood and a campfire, which made him reminisce to the time he used to go camping with his sister when they had to go on missions that resulted in the staying outside activity. He kept snuggling into the warmth, inhaling the decent, until heard a groan and his eyes went wide. Lance stopped the action immediately and he started to lift his head, he saw the source of the warmth and silently cursed himself. The sight of Keith with his eyes closed and his breathing made his heart lunge painfully, his mullet looked fluffy that it looked too soft to touch. He went to turn out silently creep out the bed, but felt hands around his waist making his face burst bright red.

He remembered Lana being tucked in with them, he carefully turned to see if Lana was still in the room. Starting to panic when he saw the bubbly six year old was nowhere in sight. He looked around the room, carefully not to move too much and wake up the sleeping raven headed man. He looked over to her door, which was slightly ajar, he looked at the door confused as he remembered it being closed. Lance let his head fall back his pillow slowly, mentally slapping himself silently cursing his life choices that brought him to this awkward moment. He let his eyes roam the ceiling as he let the male cuddle him, his mind wondering as everything came crashing down. Starting to remember what Keith said before falling asleep, his voice and that unforgivable verse ringing in his head.

"I love you Lance."

He had enough of the boy cuddling him, not wanting to be in this awkward situation any longer. Even though his heart begged for him to stay and cuddle with small boy, his brain screamed at him to get the farthest away from the boy and that this intimacy was dangerous. Lance tried to get up agreeing with his brain almost instantly, but the hands on his waist wouldn't budge. He huffed trying again to get away even though his heart and brain were telling two different stories, only for the grasp only got tighter. He went to try for the third time, stopping when he heard Keith groan again lowly still in his deep sleep.

"Please, don't go."

Lance looked over at Keith scared, he thought he was awake which made the boy want to die from embarrassment. But giving out a sigh of relief when he saw the younger male still in his dream state, turning over into a new position. Air knocked out of Lance's body as he was suddenly under Keith, the raven's lips near Lance's neck. The younger on top of Lance, with chest to chest, he suddenly scolded himself for not wearing a shirt. The grasp on decreased Lance's waist moved up sluggishly with the palms settling on his chest. Lance didn't know how to wake up the sleeping mullet. He thought about just shaking him until he woke up, but dismissed such an idea aside since he didn't want him to realize the position they're in. He thought about just going back asleep and wait for the mullet to wake himself up, but Lance groaned inwardly as wasn't tired anymore.

Lance huffed as he tried moving on his own again, he started off great turning to his side, gracefully putting Keith on side as well backing away as slowly. As to displeasure Keith nuzzled into Lance's neck sighing in content, bringing his leg to wrap around Lance's waist. The sudden urge for food invaded Lance's mind which made Lance cry out silently in displeasure, making his stomach lightly growling and huffed in frustration. The only reasonable method he thought up was he had to shake the man awake. Lance sighed as he shook Keith gently getting nothing, but grunts of annoyance. He started to shake Keith harder, getting him to slur out words which made no sense. He shook him a little harder which got a harsh slap away from not hand and  his face scrunching up.
