salisa and brandon walked side by side on the pier, salisa was sipping on an iced coffee brandon had bought her a little while ago. she wasn't going to lie, she was really enjoying herself. but she'd never tell him that. they had got to the beach, brandon came prepared with towels and sunscreen, for salisa of course since he was allergic. they talked and went into the water, he splashed her and she splashed him back till they were both dripping in water.
then the two got hungry and brandon offered to buy some food, salisa didn't want him to so it didn't feel too much like a date but as much as she tried to stop him. he ended up paying. as they were walking salisa was reminded of the moment they shared on the beach. "are we gonna talk about how you held my hand?" salisa asked after taking a small sip from her straw.
brandon smirked while still looking straight ahead. salisa's eyebrows pull together as she looked up at him. "you mean, are we gonna talk about how you let me hold your hand," brandon corrected her. salisa bit the inside of her check before looking away from him. as she did he turned to look at her. "i just let you cause i was in a good mood," salisa shrugged. "right," brandon nodded. they both knew it was a lie. there was something reforming again, and they knew it.
