"salisa!" the girl heard, she turned on her heel immediately. she was faced with diamond who had the brightest smile on her face. "diamond!" salisa squealed back. the two opened their opens going in for a hug. they swayed side to side giggling, "i missed you so much," diamond said to her once they pulled away. "i missed you too, sorry i didn't keep in touch," salisa apologized over the music.
"no it's cool, it's cool. where's des?" salisa chuckled shaking her head, "i'm not sure she went to get us refills but she hasn't been back yet. i'm not worried though you know how she is," salisa joked. diamond laughed along with her. "hey i'm really sorry about brandon, if i knew i would've told you right away," diamond said getting serious. she reached over to touch salisa forearm. "oh no, it's cool, i'm kinda over it." salisa shrugged. it wasn't a complete lie.
"then why won't you forgive me?" salisa's body stiffened as she heard the familiar voice say so closely to her ear. chills immediately ran through every inch of her body when she smelled his signature scent. diamond made a face and pointed to the living room where everyone went to dance. salisa didn't say or do anything, diamond walked off and brandon then took her spot across from salisa.
she didn't know why she was so shocked, she came here wanting to run into him. though she didn't think it would actually happen. and it was even crazier that he had heard her conversation with diamond. was he watching her all night? how many of the other conversations did he hear? she asked herself.
"you here alone?" brandon asked, he took a step closer to salisa. all she did was shake her head no, a smirk made its way to his face at her answer. "but that doesn't mean anything," she finally spoke as she took a step back. brandon leaned his head back slightly, his smirk still layed on his lips. "i bet," he teased jerking up an eyebrow. salisa clenched her jaw, she knew he wasn't taking her seriously at the moment.
"i hate when you do this," she said with her finger in his face. "you always say that sa, but i never know what i do," he said nonchalantly. her stomach swirled hearing how he effortlessly called her sa, one of her many name nic names. the girl was trying her best to act tough and stand her ground, but it was hard, he looked great to tell the truth. he wore a grey graphic short sleeve shirt that showed off his tattoos, and he paired that with black pants. on his neck layed various chains. the simple fit helped him out tremendously.
"you do, you always do. and it's annoying that you want me to say it but you know, i'll never say it. that'll only feed your cockiness, cause you're so cocky. the cockiest person i've ever met. it amazes me sometimes," salisa rambled. brandon face just held amusement. ticking off salisa was something he enjoyed. the look in her eyes, the speed of her lips.
"you said cock a lot," brandon chuckled. salisa narrowed her eyes at him, "it wasn't nice seeing you," she patted his shoulder then walked by him to look for destiny. salisa got half of what she came to the party for so, she was ready to go home.
