I become a hero

Hi my name is Manny Rivera and I am a kid that is really smart and passed my exams but nobody doesn't take me seriously. People throw stuff at me and call me names that doesn't make any sense to be quite honest. That was kinda how every school day would be like and it would never change no matter what.

Education and school weren't the only things I liked, I love being a hypnotiser and a master of illusions which made me very talented in that specific position.

I was walking home from school when I saw something that caught my eye, a pair of golden gloves that has the edgy version of a bell but with 4 sharp edges.

I picked it up cautiously and examined it then tried it on but didn't feel anything so I kept it on and walked home.

I got home and went straight to my room, my parents were on a business vacation so they weren't due until in three weeks time. I finished out my homework so I can have more time to see these gloves.

'I wonder how they work' I kept muttering over and over again as I kept trying random stuff.

Let me give you some examples 

I tried old school............spider man web shooter

DIDN'T WORK

I tried iron man style

STILL DIDN'T WORK

I tried Thor but with a rubber mallet

NOW I WAS GETTING DESPERATE

I sighed and got up to get my notebook but when I opened my hand in a pick-up-or-grab-something gesture, a purple comet blasted out and bounced my notebook through the wall. I backed away in shock only to topple out the window and falling 300 feet to the ground.

I screamed and flailed around crazily until I had an idea. Since the purple blast bounce blasted my note book through the wall then maybe it can bounce me back up. I positioned myself Iron Man style and the purple comet blasted out into the sky and I was flying through the sky!

'WHOOOO HOOOO!!!!!' I screamed in joy as I whoosh through the sky

'I need to land now' I decided so I focused on my open window and flew right into it and stumbled to a stop and took off the gloves

I grinned at my power gloves but then I saw my cards that I use for my illusions float around me and my hypnotising skills increase within I said one thing

'I will be Mysterio'

THREE MONTHS LATER

I summoned on my suit, a green suit with both my hands covered in my illusigloves and my feet were encased with one too. Purple Synergies glowed around my body as I began to levitate and flew out my window and out into the night sky. I got pretty good at my powers and realised this is only the beginning of my life.

I flew around until I saw something odd, twelve large men that looked like titans from greek mythology were marching in the middle of the forest. 

'Time to fight' I said and flew towards them.

Kronos POV

Finally we will destroy Olympus!

Me and my burthen were walking towards the empire state building when I look up and see a purple comet hurling towards me.

It landed with a explosion but for some reason there was no damage, The figure was 6;5  and was wearing a green suit with golden hands and feet. Where his head should be, it was covered with a glass helmet but inside was purple mist so I can see the black circle which was the man's face. He also wore a purple cape

The aura radiating off of him was stronger than the olympians so I decided to strike a deal with him to get him to fight for us.

'JOIN US OR YOU WILL DIE!' I shouted and emphasise my point I summoned my scythe.

Manny POV

'JOIN US OR YOU WILL DIE!' the titan who I believed was Kronos because of his scythe

'I am The Illusionist, master of hypnotism, illusions, gravity and the forces of matter, I will not surrender to the likes of you titans!!' I shouted

All twelve titans drew their weapons and charged together so it was time for battle

I increased my size to a height of 50 feet but I can still move really fast. A giant purple lightning bolt appeared in my hand and I raised it up and slammed it down, purple energy and lightning arced at the titans. Killing 7 titans but for some reason they turned to gold like dust but it made the rest stop and looked at me in fear.

I stepped forward and all of them stepped back except for Kronos who charged at me with his scythe. I gathered the purple aura around and stepped back creating three clone like illusions like me and we charged.

Kronos swung at one but it passed through my clone like air, he looked confused so I used that as an advantage and me and my clones rose into the air and surrounded him.

I thrusted my hands at him and my clones copied my movements and together we shot 4 purple atomic nuclear beams at him that made him vaporise on the spot and clones flowed back to me.

I turned to the 4 remaining titans and shouted 'LEAVE OLYMPUS ALONE!!!' and opened my hand to the sky threw it at them like if I was throwing a ball at them but the difference was that I was throwing three medium meteorites at them and they vaporised in a explosion of purple smoke.

No damage. It was just a illusion.

A female voice behind me said, 'Who are you boy! Turn around or die!'
