Faker

She hides behind a smile
While inside
She screams as blood spills on the tile
How long can she hide?

She wears a perpetual smirk
Even though it hurts
To open her eyes and arise from the murk
That the darkness in her mind spurts

She often displays false happiness
So no one can ever see
The sense of hopelessness
That lies inside her eyes like a silent plea

She is merely a faker
For the darkness has taken her
And replaced her with a shell
That can only smile even through hell
