   I'm kind of ashamed for including this one. Everyone knows that only top-tier geeks admit to reading reaction blogs. That being said, I did write this book, so I guess I'm past the point of dignity. I skipped many of the chapters because of my aforementioned shippiness aversion, but all of it is very well-written if that's your cup of tea. But I'm only officially recommending chapters 30, 31, and 39. (Shippy alert: most of the book. The chapters I linked aren't, but they contain such highly suggestive topics as wound care, hugging, and an infant)
