I Wont Let You Go

-Two Weeks Later-

We landed in Florida last night. Today, we're at the University of Florida checking out the campus. As soon as I laid eyes on it, I fell in love with it. By the end of the tour I was in complete awe.

Alice, Josiah, Jake and I sat in the stadium as we watched Theo practice with the team. He looks like a natural.

We grabbed a quick bite to eat for dinner before flying out to Notre Dame.

-A Month Later-

Christmas was spent great with my family. My grandparents came down along with my dads brother and his family, we went over to the Archibald's and their family came to visit them too.

Right now, we're on our way over to LSU. They went to Ole Miss and Texas last weekend and I unfortunately couldn't go. He seemed thrilled with Ole Miss but not too excited with Texas.

I watched his reaction as we walked around LSU. He wasn't showing much excitement despite this being his first choice.. He did good at practice but I knew he was pissed off. Just the way he took off his helmet and pads was enough for us to understand he's frustrated.

"I'm not feelin it." He said when he approached us. "You looked good out there." Said Ali. "He couldn't catch the fucking ball. Torres couldn't keep up and block." He rolled his eyes. "I just wanna be alone right now." He walked off. We all looked at each other.

He's been wanting to come here for so long... I went after him. "Theo wait up."

"I wanna be alone Lia." I could hear annoyance in his voice. "Just talk to me babe. What's wrong?" I reached for his arm.

"Fuck off Lia!" He barked and yanked his arm away. I stood there.. Wanting to cry... he's never raised his voice at me like that... "Theo.."

"Leave me the fuck alone Lia." I gulped. "That's what you want? Fine."

I turned and walked away. I wiped my face before approaching the Archibald's. "Did he tell you what's wrong?" I shrugged.

Jake and I explored the campus some more as Ali and Josiah headed back to the hotel for a nap before dinner.

Jake went into the restroom and I waited for him on a bench. "Hey." Someone sat next to me. "Hi..." The attractive dude had a southern accent. "I'm Andrew. My fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho is throwing a party tonight.. you should come.."

"Oh I-" "It'll be a lot of fun." He handed me a flyer. "See ya there." He said before walking away. "Who was that?" Asked Jake. I handed him the flyer. "No." He said as I smirked. "Lets go!!"

"Like my parents are even gonna let us go."

"Your parents check in on us at 10. We can leave afterwards."

"And Theo's gonna snitch." I rolled my eyes. "What's wrong with him anyways?" I shrugged. "What happened? You haven't been the same since you ran after him."

"I don't wanna talk about it... we're going Jakob Stephen." He rolled his eyes. "Fine." I squealed.

Dinner was quiet and awkward. Theo never spoke at all. When we returned, he left the room without saying anything. I planned an outfit and then did my makeup. As predicted, they checked up on us at 10, and that's how we found out Theo went out with some of the guys on the LSU team.

15 minutes after they left, I changed into a white off the shoulder blouse, jeans ripped at the knees and white converse (pic @ the top). We hurriedly made our way over to the taxi.

"Its our first of many, frat parties Jake!" I tugged on his arm. "Better not let them know we're just juniors in high school dude. They'll kill us."

"Just act cool." We came up to the doors. "Who are you? I haven't seen y'all around." Said the dude at the door. "Andrew invited us." Act cool Lia. "Oh okay, come on in." I turned and smiled at Jake as we walked inside.

"Hey you came and you brought your..." He was looking for a word. "Friend." I answered for him. "Cool! Hey I'm Andrew nice to meet you both." He shook our hands. "Lia." "Jake."

From the corner of my eye, I noticed Theo. He looked over and his face grew angry when he saw us. He walked over and moved us to the side. "What the hell are you doing here?!"

"Lia was invited so we came." Jake crossed his arms. "You two need to go back to the hotel. Now."

"Look my friend is calling us over. Will you excuse us, we're trying to have fun." I pushed past him and Jake followed. "Oh you two are fighting?"

Are we? I'm just pissed off at him for being pissed off at me for no reason.

"Drinks are right over here. Help yourself to anything and have fun!"

As Jake steered clear of the girls, because he's a faithful guy, I grew fond of a few of them. Might I say I got a little tipsy too.

I was letting loose and having fun when one of the girls basically dragged me over to the counter top and convinced me to get on with her. As we danced, my arm was grabbed and yanked down, making me slip forward. I was caught by the perpetrator, Theo. "I'll be back!" I reassured the girl as Theo pulled me outside. "We're leaving."

"No the fuck I'm not." I pulled my arm out of his grip. "Lia."

"You can't do that Theodore! You just go around yelling at me for no fucking reason! You don't speak to me! And you decide to party it up with people you don't even know so I did too. Now excuse me." He grabbed my wrist. "Let me go."

"I won't let you go."

"Woah woah woah, lady said to let her go." Said one of the brothers stepping in. "Stay out of this." Growled Theo. I managed to take my wrist back. "If you go back Lia..." He trailed off. "You're the one who told me to fuck off remember?" I turned and walked back inside the house.



Theo's POV-
I heard the door swing open. I looked over at the clock on the nightstand. 3:27AM.

"Weeeeeeee" I heard. I turned the light on and sat up. Jake was trying his best to walk with Cord. "I'm sleep." She said and literally fell asleep standing up within that second.

"Did she... hook up with anyone?" I feared even asking. People do dumb shit when they're drunk. "What? Her? Cheat on you? She would never."

"Little help here." He puffed. I went over to them and picked her up. I laid her on Jake's bed. He just looked at me. "She won't want to wake up with me.."

"What did you do to her? She hasn't been the same since she went after you, after you stormed off." I shook my head. "I was a dick to her... just get some sleep. Tomorrow tell mom and dad we wanted to sleep in, I'm sure she's gonna be hungover. She's a lightweight."
