-Next Morning (Saturday)-

I woke up in my bed.. I walked downstairs and Theo was cooking breakfast. "Thank you.. for taking me up to bed last night." He smiled.

When we finished eating, he grabbed his stuff. "You're dad's gonna be here soon. I should get going." He gave me a side hug. "Thank you."

Dad and I are at dinner together. "Its been a month.. how would you like to meet her on Saturday? For dinner?" I sighed. Might as well get it over with. "Sure." He smiled.

I went straight to the Archibald's to talk to Jake. "I'm meeting her next week." I paced back and forth.

"Do you want to?"

"Not really. But I have to eventually."

"Well Halloween's coming up. I guess there's a costume party at Isaac's house." Guess I gotta wear something cute then. "Guess I'm going. Are you?" He nodded. "With Lexi." Ahh Lexi. I love her.

Adriana texted me about a party and I decided I'd go. We immediately started dancing. I went to grab a drink from the kitchen. "Hey Lia." I heard behind me. "Hey Theo." he grabbed a beer and walked out.

As I danced with the girls again, someone grabbed my waist and pressed up against me. I just took this time to walk away.

Theo's POV-

I could see how uncomfortable Lia got when that creep got all up on her. She did good walking away..

"Hey Theo have you seen Lia?" Adriana asked me as she approached me. "No why?" "She was going to the restroom.. 15 minutes ago."

"I'm sure she's fine." I didn't want to alarm her. I checked the kitchen then the backyard then the bathroom. I heard a loud thump at the end of the hall and as I approached the room, I could hear Lia. "Let me go! Please let me go." She started to cry.

The creep from earlier had his hand gliding up her thigh and kissing her neck as he had her pinned to the wall.

Lia's POV-

He suddenly got off of me and was body slammed to the floor. Theo began to do what he does best, fight. "Theo stop! You're going to kill him!" The dude seemed to be giving up and heading towards losing consciousness. "He deserves it!"

"Theo! Please!" I begged but he wouldn't listen. I tugged on his arm. "COME NEAR HER AGAIN AND I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL KILL YOU." The dude stumbled out of the door with a bloody face. Theo turned to me and hugged me.

I took this time to wrap my arms around his neck and I cried. Rape. I was nearly raped. I was sexually harassed.. I grew extremely emotional.

"You're okay Lia." He rubbed my back. "Don't let me go please." I begged as I cried.. because this is how I feel safe right now. "I won't let you go." He held me a little tighter. This is how we stayed until I was tired of crying a few minutes later. "Thank you... I'm going home now."

"I don't want anyone taking you home unless its me." I nodded as he wiped my face. "You can go say your goodbyes from the girls, I'll meet you outside."

"Theo?" He turned to me as he reached the door. "Please don't ever mention this to anyone... please."

"You got it." I told the girls my head was pounding which isn't a lie.

The ride to my house was quiet but not awkward. Just a peaceful silence. "Hey wait." He said as I had closed the car door. He got out and walked over to me. He placed his hands on my waist and I gulped before looking up at him.

"Don't let today affect you. I know it was tough but don't let it take over your life.. and I promise, for as long as I live, I'll always have your back okay?" I'm too speechless to say anything so I just nodded. He wrapped his arms around me and I did the same. "Thank you." I whispered and he nodded as he walked back to the drivers side. I walked inside, drained and exhausted from today.
