Frosted Fate

◇ Chapter 17 ◇

Everyone took action immediately ready to fight a soon as the rumbling would stop.

But to everyones surprise what came through the castle's gate wasn't Macar as they expected, but a large number of huge rocks. Once Elsa realized this she asked everyone to stand down; the Guardians did although they were quite hesitant in doing so.

Once all the rocks came into the courtyard they transformed into the trolls. Papa troll came forth with the book in his hands; this made Elsa extremely worried because up in till know she had never heard of the trolls ever coming down to the castle to help, therefore this means that the situation is a lot more serious than just fighting a tremendous monster.

"My queen I have deciphered the book and as I think you can tell its not good news." Papa troll told her.

Elsa took a deep breath preparing herself for the news when she felt an arm go around her shoulder giving her some very much needed support. She looked to her side and saw Jack she gave him a tight smile, and she saw that the other Guardians had come to stand next to them. Seeing all the support she had she nodded her head a Papa troll so that he could tell them the news.

Papa troll opened the book and began:

"Once long ago when the kingdom of Arendelle was just in its very beginnings there existed deep in the snowy mountains a terrible monster by the name Macar, being the sole survivor of the extinction of his beastly kind he decided that it was in his hands to maintain the ownership of their' land, so he would attack the villagers every day so that they would leave, but what Macar did not take into count was that the villagers had a fight in them and would not leave by any means. This angered Macar to his very peak turning that anger into rage and hate; slowly those dark feelings gave him powers that he would use later on to annihilate the villagers with and anyone who would get in his way.

So one day when he felt that he was at the peak of his powers he took fourth and headed to the village to eliminate them once and for all. The fight between them was tremendous, so many lives were lost and when it finally seemed like the end as if Macar had actually won a man that shined as bright as the moon floated down into the sky and with his powers slowly he overtook Macar. But sadly Macar noticed that he would not win the fight today so with that he vanished into his dimension of darkness slowly recovering from the fight with the powerful being and then getting stronger and stronger with his immense amount of loathed towards everyone and even himself

Meanwhile, at Arendelle the glowing being came and spoke with the few survivors and told us that the only way to defeat Macar would be to contradict his rage and hate with fun and love"

Everyone was stunned by the story. The images that Elsa and Jack had seen before now made sense in the heads, but still, it was mind-blowing that such power could come from negative emotions

"So the man on the moon is in on this as well." Jack thought to himself.

Meanwhile, Elsa was more worried about the negative emotions had she caused Macar to come back, had he sense her emotions from back in the summer? She was spiraling into self-doubt again making the already chilly climate even colder.

Jack noticed the climate shift so he looked at Elsa since nobody else could change it, he grabbed both her shoulders and looked her straight in the eyes.

"Snowflake what I said before still stands, we are rescuing your sister and Kristof and taking down that overgrown ape." Elsa laughed at the last part, with that her anxiety levels went down and the climate became a bit warmer.

Elsa remembered that her feelings affected her powers and at a time like this she couldnt lose control or let it affect her, she as well as everybody else need to be at their top shape both physically and emotionally.

She looked up at Jack and this time her stare wasnt hesitant nor anxious the total contrary; it held the determination and strength that Jack saw the first time they met something that filled his heart admiration and love.

"Well show Macar how to really have some fun." Elsa said fiercely.
