It sure is very tough to stand out on a platform as such Wattpad with mega star writers.

The plot of this story is new and very unique and the author was able to bring elements like romance, family, sibling love and friendship into it without loosing sight of the big picture or overdoing one or the other. The author maintained the mystery throughout and that takes serious talent. l would love to really read this if the author takes the time to properly edit it and pay close attention to grammar and sentence structure as well as proper construction of dialogue too. This book has got so much potential, it just needs tweaking in the aforementioned areas.
Incredible story, great pacing and the author's choice of words in certain scenes were exceptional. I loved that it was a Seraphim based story and the author's depiction of Godspeed was exciting. I only wish they'd gone further with descriptions so the readers could experience what it felt like to be seraphs. I couldn't quite picture the city or the palace and places because there wasn't enough description. Aside from that, great story and really fascinating MC!
This was a fine and well-written piece. Great opening chapter, great grammar and powerful imagery. I loved how we're made to think Teer passed and the story evolved into something else, only to have him resurface. The author did a fantastic job with Teer's description and the names throughout the book were genius! The characters were a lot, took me a while to get used to who was who and the terms and worlds and all that. A glossary would really help. I still don't understand what happened with the summer wives, but I enjoyed it. Overall, the story had a well thought out plot and great descriptions and the humor was just enough to enjoy. I like how the tale of the traveling salesman is woven in with the astronomgonist, especially with the title!
The author writes like a wizard of words. The storyline is new, wild west meets Chinese dynasty and the writing style is really polished. He wrote Zheng so well that I mistook him for the protagonist, but then Tie Lynn came along, and so did magic and the other elements that pulled the whole thing together. It was a bittersweet story, but that itself is so relatable because that's life, right? One other thing l enjoyed was his ability to narrate an event from the POVs of the characters involved. There's humor as you read along, the kind that's not so obvious, it's sarcastic that makes you chuckle. This was so well written it should already be published. I would buy it!
I want more, truly. I need the author to please, put an epilogue. I need to know if Aki died or not. The chemistry between her and her blade and her desire to hear them sing, oh whoa! It was incredibly well written and the author did a good job of establishing her intriguing blood lust in the first chapter. The first page-turner was that she was indeed a woman, and so better skilled than the demons who saw her only as a slave. l enjoyed this book a lot! Her relationship with Kiyoshi was so sweet and well written, as was her struggle to get comfortable in her own skin as a woman after pretending to be a man for so long. This is a must read for any fantasy reader. Great storytelling!
