"Sameeksha..." Abhishek said as she got out of the car, "utro" She said, "lekin hua kya hai?" He asked, "ya to khud utar jaao aur mere saath chalo, varna ghaseet ke leke jaungi" She gritted her teeth.
He got out of the car and followed her. She entered in DCP Rana's office, "Jai Hind Sir" She saluted, "kya hua Sameeksha?" DCP Rana asked, "Sir ab yeh mere saath nhi reh sakta" She said, he looked at Abhishek, "kya kia isne?" He asked.
"Sir mujhe iski protection ka kaam dia gaya tha, mene apni duty nibhai. Kucch dino se yeh ese kaam kar raha hai jinko me ab ignore nhi kar sakti" She said, DCP Rana nodded, "Sir yeh mujhe bina bataye ek hotel me gaya, mene isko track kia fir pata chala yeh kaha hai. Har jagah iske saath jana padhta hai mujhe" She complained.
"Well protection ka matlab yehi hota hai ke tumhe 24*7 iske saath rehna hai" DCP Rana said, "I understand that, isi lie me peeche nhi hati. Lekin Sir kal iski girlfriend ka birthday tha, isne mere ghar me party rakhi, waha mera beta bhi rehta hai. Alcohol ki bottles ese hi padi hui thi, mere bete ne ek glass se alcohol pi lia. Woh itna chota hai, usko kucch bhi ho sakta tha" She said.
"Abhishek, kya kehna hai iss bareme?" DCP Rana asked, "Sir mujhe nhi pata tha Kabir esa karega" Abhishek replied, "great" Sameeksha said looking away, "Sameeksha me baat kar raha hu na?" DCP Rana asked. "Baat nhi Sir, me yaha yeh kehne aai hu ke isko kisi aur officer ki protection ke under rakhiye. Yeh ab mere saath nhi rahega" She said.
DCP Rane took some moments to think about the situation, "case ki investigation kaha takk pohonchi hai?" He asked, "ek ladki pe shakk hai hame, usko investigation ke lie bulaya hai aaj" She said, "ladki kon hai?" He asked, "victims ki coursemate hai" She said.
"Woh victims ko alag karna chahti thi, to hame shakk hai ke usne hi murder kia hoga" She said. DCP Rane hummed. "Theek hai, Abhishek aur Manjot mere saath rahenge, mere ghar me" He said. Sameeksha took a deep breath, "thank you Sir" She saluted him.
She turned and left without even looking at Abhishek, "Sharma ji, jab takk meri duty khatam nhi ho jaati, aap waha beth sakte hai" DCP Rane said pointing at a couch near the window.
Abhishek sat on the couch and looked out of the window. DCP Rane's office was on second floor, Abhishek looked down and saw Sameeksha's car, when he looked carefully, he found Sameeksha sitting on driver's seat.
She wiped her tears with the back of her right palm, he sighed and looked away.

Manjot was on his bed, laying on his stomach and Kabir was sitting on the carpet in front of the bed. "Chal bas yaar, aaj ka ho gaya" Manjot said putting the controller aside. "Haar gey to bas?" Kabir smirked. "Mujhe yeh videogame vese bhi faltu lagti hai" Manjot said.
"Sameeksha ne Abhishek ka pata nhi kya haal kia hoga" He said, "upar se teri Mumma ka dimaag abhi bhi kharab hai. Usko theek karne ka koi raasta nhi mil raha" He said resting his head on the pillow.
Bandana was standing near the door, listening to what Manjot was saying. "Kabir" She said, Manjot and Kabir looked at her, "bahar jaao, mujhe Manjot se kucch baat karni hai" She said.
"Papa se?" He asked, "haan Papa s..." She stopped and gave him a look, Manjot smiled and looked away. Kabir left the room.
"Maafi maangne aai ho?" Manjot asked, she shook her head slightly, "batane aai hu ke apna samaan pack karlo. Tum aur Abhishek DCP Rane ke ghar shift ho rahe ho" She said.
He sat up straight, "what the fuck?" He said, she started walking towards his wardrobe, "Bandana?" He said standing up. "Jaldi karo, Sameeksha tumhe lene aati hi hogi" She said opening the wardrobe.
"Bandana" He said holding her elbow, "me aur Abhishek kahi aur shift ho rahe hai?" He asked turning her, she hummed. "Aur tumne Sameeksha ko roka nhi?" He asked. She kept quiet and looked down.
"Tumne usko roka nhi?" He cupped her face and made her look up, "jo Abhishek ne kia, uske baad bhi me Sameeksha ko roku? Iss baar woh sahi hai Manjot" She said with teary eyes.
"Me samaan baandhne me tumhari help kar deti hu, chalo" She said, he gritted his teeth, "bhaad me jaae sab. Mujhe kahi nhi jaana. Me yahi rahunga. Abhishek ne galati ki na? To mujhe kyu saza mil rhi?" He asked.
"Uss murder ko witness kia, to uss wajah se mujhe yaha shift kar dia. Ab Abhishek ne galati ki to kahi aur shift kar rahe...mazak hai kya? Meri koi marzi nhi iss sab me?" He asked.
"DCP Rane ka order hai, hame man'na hoga" She said, "kya kar lega DCP agar mene order na maana?" He asked, "Sameeksha aaegi to usse pooch lena" She said and started packing his bags.
He sat on the bed and tried to calm himself down. "Bandana yaar mujhe nhi jaana" He said, "kyu baccho jese zidd kar rahe ho?" She asked irritated, "Kabir ko kya bologi?" He asked, "sambhaal logi usko?" He asked.
She ignored him and placed his bag in front of him. "Jab Sameeksha aa jaaegi tab tumhe bata dungi" She said and started walking to the door.
He held her wrist and pulled her slightly. "Man..." She said and he immediately hugged her, "mujhe kahi nhi jaana...please Sameeksha ko samjhaa do" He said. She finally let those tears run down her face.
Sameeksha came and stopped at the door, "Bandana" She said. Bandana broke the hug and wiped away her tears, "isko chodne aana hai to neeche aaja" She said.
"Nhi, mujhe nhi aana" Bandana said, "Sameeksha" Manjot said, "jaldi neeche aa jao" Sameeksha said to him and left.
"Bandana, ek baar baat karo na Sameeksha se" Manjot said, "usne neeche jaane ko kaha hai. Jaldi jaao" She said and left.
