While Katsuki was recuperating at home Izuku stayed by her side, distracting her from looking back to her interaction with the twins.

He stayed by her side for the two months that she stayed home, he wanted to be with her a little l,

"Hey Midoriya! Haven't seen you in a while. Where've you been." Ryozo walked up to Izuku, who had his head down on the desk.
Lifting up his head Izuku replied."Look Tsuzuki I'm not in the mood. So just buzz of!"
"Woah. You're really mad aren't you." Ryozo persisted on having a conversation with Izuku.
"Where's the runt? Don't you usually stick to her like glue?" One of his lackeys joined in.
"Huh. Guess she couldn't take it anymore." Toshiro joined in sticking closely to his twin.
Izuku abruptly got up, his chair falling behind him. The loud sound attracting the attention of his classmates. Izuku's wings, which had been hidden under his clothes, sprouted wide. His eyes glowed blood red, his fans shot out of his mouth, his hair slowly rose up pitch black.
Seeing his appearance change Ryozo and Toshiro slowly backed up. Ryozo tried to play it off.
"What? Did we hit a soft spot? Wanna cry home to your mommy? Thought you were tough." He kept on rambling, he didn't notice the shift in Izuku's facial expressions.
Toshiro tapped his back and whispered in his ears. "Hey Ryo-nii, why don't we leave him alone for now?" Sweat dripping down his forehead clearly showing his fear.
Ryozo turned his head to face his brother. He was about to tell him to stop talking but when he saw his face he held back, sweat was dripping down his forehead clearly showing his fear. Ryozo may be a Jerk, obnoxious, and overall prideful, but his only weakness was Toshiro.
He signed and reluctantly gave in.
"You know what Midoriya? Your not worthy of my time. I'll leave you alone for now...but only 'cause Toshi said so." He looked back at Izuku only to have fear overwhelmed him.
Izuku was letting off a powerful aura, something bad was going to happen he just knows it. Even though he couldn't move, he could still talk.
"Toshiro!!! Run...Now!!! Midoriya glitched" Ryozo shouted.
Izuku took two steps towards Ryozo, getting into a fighting stance he waited for whatever was going to come. Izuku paused and in a manner of seconds he disappeared only to reapear behind him. Putting Toshiro in a choke hold.
"Get away from him!!" Ryozo was about to run up to punch Izuku but when he moved closer he saw Izuku slowly tilt Toshiro's neck, fangs placed right above it.
"Look here Midoriya if you hurt him..." Ryozo was feeling intense anger at Izuku and dissapointment at himself for being week in this situation.
"Ryo-nii..." Toshiro saw that his brother was hesitant and felt so week...He couldn't even protect himself.
But  when Ryozo stepped back Izuku smirked and sunk his fangs into Toshiro's neck.A shiver ran down Toshiro's whole body, his legs were giving out from the position he was currently in.
Toshiro's face visibly paled, his body was growing limp, just as he was about to pass out from the loss of blood, Izuku let him fall limp to the ground.
Ryozo ran up to his fallen twin, tears, which he would rarely show flooded his eyes.
Ryozo's eyes shone a red light which slowly envelopes his body.
  But before he could transform  Izuku sent a kick to his side, knocking him into the wall. Ryozo slowly rose up and looked Izuku in his eyes. They were glazed over as if he wasn't even awake, like he was just a soulless puppet.

A little note: When someone Glitches it causes any rampant emotions to make the bodies constitution unstable, which pushes for an "evolution" in their quirk, but they have no idea of what is happening in the outside world because they lose all control over their actions. The person's consciousness is suppressed by the quirk.( this only happens to emitter type quirks)
