Ushimoko Disease is an illness born from rejection and unrequited love, where the patient will lose their feelings to a person if the patient confesses to the same person. There are two ways to cure that disease. First, you can undergo a surgery but once the surgery was done, you can't be in love again. Second, the disease will be gone if your soulmate is the one who will confess to you. It happened that Lee Jihoon have that disease.
