Chapter four

Erika POV

I woke up to see me cuddled into Jake's I mean Mr.  Paul chest I smile and get out of his grasp.  I am glad I didn't wake him up cause he needs to sleep after what happened last night.  I start to get dressed,  I put on ripped blue jean shorts that go to the top of my thigh and a black crop top.  I brushed my teeth, and spray my purfume which is three different purfumes mixed together.  I grab my book bag and start to walk down the stairs when I see Jake walking out of his room with a button up black shirt with ripped blue jeans

Jake- Why are we always matching

He starts to laugh and I just laugh with him

Erika- We just have the same mind set

Jake- Maybe why are you leaving so early

Erika- Starbucks what else

Jake laughs and I shake my head while smiling and I start to walk down the stairs with him right behind me

Jake- I am warning you we have a pop quiz today

Erika- I will be fine I always was good at English

Jake-  Oh really

Erika- Yes I had the highest grade in my class in high school

Jake- We will see if you still have it which I bet you do

Erika- I hope, okay I will see you later Mr.  Paul

Jake- Please call me Jake outside of school

Erika- Ok Jake I will see you in class

Jake- See you later

I walk out of the door,  and get in the driver's seat of my beautiful white Jeep wrangler.  I turn the key and I hear the engine roar to life,  I pull out of the driveway and start to Starbucks.  I pull in the drive thru,  I pull up to the speaker and start to place my order

Worker- Hello welcome to Starbucks what can I get you

Erika- Yes I would like a Caffe Mocha Grande with extra vanilla please

Worker- Ok is that all you would like

Erika- Yes that is all

Worker- Ok that will be three dollars and fourty-five cent and you can pull up to the front window

Erika- Ok thank you

Worker- Your welcome

I smile and pull up and wait on the car in front of me to get their drink.  The car started to drive away,  I pulled up to the window.  I look up and see a some what cute boy, he had brown hair with blue eyes and a jawline that could cut your finger,  he smiled at me making his dimples show.   He handed me my drink,  I put my hand out to give him my money,  he pushed my hand away

Worker- It's on the house

Erika- No I will pay

Worker- No I insist,  A beautiful girl like you shouldn't have to pay

Erika- Aw thank you,  what's your name mystery boy

Worker- Jace,  Jace Brewer

Erika- Ok Jace well thank you,  my name Is Erika Costell

Jace- Well Miss. Costell here is my number if you ever need anything

He handed me a small folded piece of paper, I smile

Erika- I will text you sometime

Jace- I will look forward to it

Erika- So will I

We smile at each other one last time as I drive off, he was really nice and kind.  I pull into my parking spot I see Jakes Tesla in it's normal spot,  I park and grab all of my stuff.  I walked into school,  the bell rang as soon as my foot stepped on the floor.  I speed walk to Jake's room,  I walk in right on time,  the bell rang

Mr. Paul- Miss. Costell you are very lucky sit down

I turn red,  I walk over to Mackenzie and sunny.  I sit down,  they looked at me holding in their laugh,  I shake my head. 

Mr. Paul- Since we have everyone now,  suprise we are having a quiz today when your done work on this worksheet. If you don't finish it is on you,  you may start.

I look at the quiz,  This is one of the easiest quizzes I have every seen.  I when through all the questions in five minutes,  answered and went over.  I stood up everyone looked at me with shocked eyes including Jake.  I walked to the front of the class and sat my quiz on his desk,  he still had shocked eyes I smiled and turned away.  I waited for everyone to get done with the quiz so I could talk to Mackenzie and sunny.  Everyone got done,  the girls started talking to me.

Mackenzie-  Why was you almost late

Erika- I ran into this cute guy at the Starbucks he was the drive thru person,  he let me have my coffee for free

Sunny- Aw what was his name

Erika- Jace Brewer

Jake POV

I was walking about when I heard Erika's conversation with her friend's,  she was almost late because of Jace he is one of my best friends and he flirted with the girl I like... Maybe... Even... Love
