Chapter Six

Erika POV

I ran up to my room,  why I was balling my eyes out.  I opened my door and my eyes landed on a little folded piece of paper on my desk.  I walk over to my desk,  I pick up the small piece of paper with my shaky hands.  I look at the numbers on the paper,  I put them in my phone,  I changed the contact number to " Jace💕".  I don't like him I put those in as a friend way.

Erika- I am sorry it's so early but I need someone to talk to right now by the way it's Erika 

I was surprised to see three dots Immediately

Jace💕- I don't care if it's early you can always text me,  what's you address

Erika💜- ****** Main street

Jace💕- I will be there in five

Erika💜- Thank you Jace

Jace💕- No problem Erika

I smile because I know that he will always be there for me,  he is like a second Grayson.  Which you would want in life. I walked down the stairs with tears still rolling down my face.  I walked across the room and pick up what was now a broken spatula,  I threw it away and sat on the couch.  About two minutes later I hear a knock at the door, I push myself off the couch to open the door. I open the door to see Jace standing there with Chocolates, I smile because chocolate!

Erika- How did you get here so fast

Jace- I live down the road,  now what's wrong cause I don't like to see those eyes crying

Erika- It's a long story you better sit down

Jace- Then let's sit

We walk over to the couch and sit down

Jace- Now what happened

Erika- Ok first I am in college and my Teacher Jake paul

Jace- Hang on I am sorry to interrupt but Jake is one of my best friends

Erika- Really that's cool

Jace- Anyway continue

Erika- My mom kicked me out of my apartment,  so he offered me to live here. So I took up the offer,  Yesterday I ask if I could have someone over he said I could.  I invited my cousin Grayson over,  he was a National Guard and I haven't seen him in forever.  So he came over we talked and then he lefted,  the today I woke up got ready,  while I was curling my hair I burnt my neck.  I didn't think to much about it,  when I walk to the kitchen,  Jake saw it and thought it was a hickey,  he called me A hoe.  He told me to not speak to him but I could live here

By the end of that speech I was in tears,  Jace just hugged me and gave me chocolate.

Jace- That's really messed up,  you have had a rough morning but you can't let that ruin you.  You need to try and talk to him about it and if that don't work just work your way up to it

Erika- Thank you I will try that

Jake POV

I can't believe she would do that,  I really like her and seeing her with a hickey makes me so mad.  I drove to school and got out.  I walked in the classroom,  I stayed on my phone till the bell rang,  I looked up everybody was here beside Erika.  Well she is probably hooking up with another guy right about now. The day went by slowly,  I didn't see Erika all day, I guess she stay with the guy.  I started to drive MY house.  I got there I walked in,  Erika was laying on the couch with nothing on just laying there.  When I closed the door she shot up,  she ran to me and started talking

Erika- That guy that came over was my cousin,  he works for the national guard and I haven't seen him in forever that mark on my neck is a burn from my curling iron.  Please talk to me Jake

She was in full tears by the end of it and I felt terrible...
