Sunlight shines through the open window and I groan, reaching over to grab the pillow I was sleeping on and using it to block the light by covering my face.

"Wake up, loser" a voice calls from the direction of the window, me recognizing it immediately as Sami's. I shared her bed with her last night because the guest room's sheets were in the washer, it clear that she got up before me.

"I don't wanna go to school" I call out moodily, the pillow masking my voice and muffling it.

"Then don't."

The sound of a lighter being sparked fills the room, the smell of a cigarette filling my nose soon after. I peak out from beneath my pillow and sit up, Sami leaning against the wall as she blows cigarette smoke out of the open window.

"What should we do today then?" I ask as I get out of bed and walk over to my discarded duffle bag so that I can get dressed, looking through my clothes as I wait for her to answer my question.

She hums, "I was planning on taking you to the beach on Saturday, so we should go out and buy new bathing suits or something."

"Aight, sounds good to me" I mumble as I pull out some clothes and put them on, moving over to her full length mirror to check to see if it looks alright.

I didn't really feel like dressing up today, so I went for a super simple look. I have a loose, white and blue Adidas shirt on that is untucked, a pair of super short shorts on as well. They are really loose on my legs and almost expose my ass if I bend over, the comfortable piece of fabric checkered with white and blue. I finish off the look by putting on some dark blue socks with whales on them, making sure I take my white sneakers out of my duffle bag for when we are about to leave.

I don't bother with any makeup at all, simply running a brush through my hair before putting it up and into a messy bun on top of my head. Sami was already dressed, her handing me the rest of her cigarette when I walk over to her. I take a drag and am immediately smiling, loving the slight burn it gives me in the back of my throat.

"Finish that then meet me downstairs so that we can go."

I nod and watch as she walks out of her room after grabbing a small purse, leaving the door open behind her. I quickly finish the cigarette before ashing it in the lilac colored ashtray she has on her windowsill, grabbing my phone and my shoes before walking into the hallway. I take my toothbrush as well, planning on brushing my teeth and then leaving it in the bathroom.

I stop right outside the bathroom door though, my eyes wide as Jimin and I stare at each other without moving. One of his hands is holding onto a towel as he dries his hair, the other one holding his toothbrush as he brushes his teeth. He blinks and takes his toothbrush out of his mouth, his eyes filled with confusion as he looks me over.

"Charley? I didn't know you came over last night."

"Yup" I say as I pop the 'P', walking into the bathroom before putting toothpaste on my own toothbrush. "Get used to seeing me around a lot more, because I'm staying here for a while."

He nods, "got kicked out, huh?"

I smile at him around the toothbrush in my mouth, my eyes trailing down to look at his bare chest and exposed abs. He hasn't noticed that he isn't wearing a shirt yet, but I honestly couldn't care less. I love the view I'm getting, it hard not to stare at his body's perfection.

He finishes brushing his teeth and I do as well not too long after. I put my toothbrush next to Sami's before turning to leave, Jimin still standing there as he finishes drying off his hair. I halt in the doorway before turning back around to face him, a smirk on my face as I do so.

"Do me a favor, Jimin, and never put a shirt on ever again."

I wink at his flustered form and then take my leave, chuckling to myself as I walk down the stairs and over to the front door where Sami is waiting. She waits for me as I put my sneakers on and then leads the way out of her house and towards her car, blasting the music as soon as we start driving.

"Maybe you should buy some new shoes while we are here" she pipes up as we look into the store we used to get our bathing suits from, turning to look at the shoe rack as well.

I nod with a thoughtful look, thinking that that may be a good idea as well. I left a lot of my heavier shoes at home since they weren't going to fit in my duffle bag, only managing to get a few pairs of slip-on shoes and my favorite pair of combat boots.

"Stay out here and I'll be out in less than ten minutes" I tell her as I smirk, eyeing the single worker inside the shop. "What's your size again?"

She tells me and I get to work, walking into the store towards the back where all of the bathing suits are. The worker doesn't even look up, her blowing a bubble with her gum as she types away on her phone. I get a bathing suit in Sami's size that is almost the exact replica of the one she was gushing over earlier, picking out one for me as well. I then walk over to the shoes, surprised to find that they don't have any alarms on them. I pick out five cute ones and take the hangers off of the bathing suits before stashing them somewhere, walking over to the counter.

She doesn't look up when I stand in front of her, not even moving when I clear my throat. I can literally hear the music coming out of her headphones due to how incredibly loud it is blasting, rolling my eyes before dropping everything on the counter in front of her.

"I would like to return all of these" I say with an inpatient sigh, watching as she eyes me with disgust written clear-as-day on her face.

"Do you have the receipt or the card you used to purchase them?" she asks as she grudgingly puts her phone down and takes out her headphones, it obvious that she would rather be doing anything else other than working here.

I scoff, "no." I cross my arms and lean all of my weight onto one of my legs, looking at her without my gaze wavering. "I left without my wallet today."

"Sorry. You can't return them then."

"What do you mean?" I ask in fake outrage, gesturing towards the items in front of me. "They have the tags still on them. I was literally in here three hours ago buying this shit."

All she does is shrug, turning back to look at her phone once more. I smirk to myself before sighing, still putting on the act of being upset.

"Fine, whatever. Can I at least get a bag?"

Sami's laughing by the time I walk out, literal tears in the corner of her eyes as she hops up and down in excitement.

"I can't believe that fucking worked!" she yells as she eyes the three shopping bags I have in my hands, her smile wide as she accepts the one holding her bathing suit.

"That bitch was fucking stupid" I say with a shake of my head, leading the way back out of the shopping center and towards Sami's car.

I gladly accept the cigarette she offers me as she gushed about how successful the shopping trip was, driving back in the direction of her house so that we can enjoy the rest of the day.
