A mass panic swarmed the room as everybody bolted toward the still blocked door. Some didn't even bother trying to unblock it they just climbed over everything. Onnikka lunged at Keira again but was stopped by a chair thrown from the far right corner by Mr. Brad. He pushed Keira out of the way to fight a growling, zombified Onnikka. Brad kicked Onnikka and soon they were head to head, Brad trying his best to hold her off without getting scratched or bitten.
Keira raced over to the door, pushed everyone away, and threw everything into a pile behind her in an attempt to unblock it. She pushed open the now unblocked door and tried to help everyone out. Brad was still fighting with a now furious Onnikka. Keira grabbed the bag of food and started back toward the door. She stopped to find Becca petrified in fear.
"Becca lets go!" Keira grabbed Rebecca's arm as she began to race down the small hall.
Mr. Brad ran past Keira with a scream.
"Wait, I think Sarah is still in there!" Becca turned around and ran back toward the door.
Just then she saw Sarah standing in the doorway.
"Come on let's go!" Becca held her hand out for Sarah but Sarah never got the chance to grab it.
Onnikka attacked Sarah to the ground and destroyed her in a bloody massacre.
"No! Please! No! Sarah!" Rebecca bellowed in a husky cry. She tried to run to Sarah's aid but was held back.
Keira grabbed Becca's arm and started to pull her away. She struggled against Keira pulling at her to leave and get to safety,
"No! I-I-I can't, I can't leave her!" Becca fell to her knees, overcome with grief.
"Becca, it's too late! She's gone! We have to go or we'll be gone too!" Keira grabbed Becca and with a mighty pull, began to drag the crying girl down the hall.
"Over here!" Mr. Brad called from the boys' changing room.
Keira dragged a now limp Becca toward where Brad was. She threw Becca into the room and slammed the door shut behind her. Rebecca crawled back to the door and started to bang her fists on the wood.
"No, no. I have to go back! I can't just leave her! I can't just let all of them die!" She cried
"No!" Mr. Brad grunted as Keira and he restrained and pulled her over to where the others were huddled in the corner.
Brad and Keira quickly blocked the door with what they could find. Keira slumped down against the closest wall and took a deep breath. She let her head bang backward onto the wall as she looked at the crying huddled of girls.
The only thing she could even conceivably think was, "What the actual hell?"
