Thirty

The atmosphere was very awkward as the two families stood together glaring at each other. Mrs Park couldn't stand the silence anymore so she told Jongho to tell Jimin to come back. She wanted to take him home with her.

Jongho left quickly ignoring his father's hard stare. He looked everywhere for Jimin but couldn't find him. He called his cell phone number. It was unreachable. He stood in the middle of the hallway scratching the back of his head confused when he saw Jungkook dragging his feet towards him. His head bent over and his shoulder slumped. He rushed towards the younger and smiled awkwardly. He had never personally interacted with his brother's group members. It was only surface greetings between them.

"Em...hi Jungkook, have you seen Jimin?" he said.

At the mention of his brother's name, the younger seemed to be renewed with energy as he looked up at him with surprise in his eyes.

"He isn't with you?" he whispered.

Jongho shook his head, beginning to feel scared because of Jungkook's reaction. "No! It's being more than an hour now. I've been searching everywhere for him"

"Have you called his phone?"

Jongho nodded. "Yeah, it's unreachable!"

Jungkook ran his hands roughly over his hair looking greatly distressed. "Oh no... I hope it's not what I'm thinking"

Jongho didn't understand him. "What are you talking about?"

Jungkook took a deep breath "Listen to me. We have to find Jimin. He may not have gotten far. This thing with Taehyung must have deeply affected him so let's look at every possible place he might be before declaring him missing"

Jongho's heart pounded in his chest. "Missing?" he breathed out.

Jungkook didn't reply and just ran past him out of the hospital while he went back to his mother to report to her.

"What? You can't find him?" She yelled gaining the attention of the Kims and the other members.

"Jungkook thinks he might be missing. He has gone out to look for him"

"Have you called his number?" Mr Park surprisingly asked.

"Yes, Appa but it's unreachable"

The man sighed softly and Mrs Park began to pace nervously. The members looked at each other whispering among themselves.

"We'll go search for him. He shouldn't have gone far" Namjoon announced.

"Please do..." Mrs Park pleaded as the boys ran off. She sighed heavily and looked at her husband.

"Do you think his depression has returned?" she cried. Mr Park grunted and looked at his feet as he tried to disguise his worry. Mrs Kim slowly walked over to them. She couldn't ignore what was happening even though her husband told her to stay still.

"Did something happen to Jimin?" She whispered.

Mrs Park glared at her. "why do you care? It's your fault. His depression must have returned because of you and he must have done something crazy" she fired hotly at her.

Mrs Kim looked back at the other woman clearly annoyed at her outburst. "How dare you blame me for your son getting missing. I didn't tell him to go running like a little child because he can't handle the truth. It's because of him that my son is in the state he's in"

Mrs Park stared at the other in disbelief "You clearly have a serious problem. You can still say this to me at such a time?"

Mrs Kim scoffed. "You started it. I was only trying to be considerate and you had to bark at me like some rabid animal"
