Terrors

While Angie is in the Hospital, she began to have terrible nightmares about being taken she was taken away by her father and his actions of Physical Abuse towards her ever since she was a little girl the pain of the car crash gave her a constant reminder of the very similar pains and soreness she felt then too which triggered these night terrors. The dream consisted of her father punching her, pulling her hair and disrespecting her with such verbal abuse. As soon as she woke up, she was in a cold sweat and began to cry knowing that she continues to have these nightmares all throughout the rest of her adulthood. Phil who was staying by her side while James was at their home doing some tidying up jumped back a little startled at his sister suddenly jerking awake panicking and sobbing then crawled in next to her holding her close to comfort her.

"Angie shhh shh..it's okay baby sis I gotcha..what happened.." Phil asked gently as she calmed herself down leaning against him for support.

"Oh Phil, I still keep getting these nightmares about what happened to me when I was a little girl and dad taking me away..." Angie cried into his shoulder as Phil just hugged her close to assure her that she wasn't gonna separated from him ever again and that he would never let anyone break their sibling bond they worked very hard to reform

"Have you told James about them?" He asked

"No, I couldn't bare to tell him what I went though then. It's unbearable for me to even be talking about now..." Angie said shakey

" Look, dear I can tell you love him and Hell I know he really fucking loves you too. Whatever happens, you can tell him. He deserves to know at this point.." Phil advised

"I guess so, but how would he take it? I'm just so scared..." Angie admitted to him

"oh Angie you don't have any reason to be nothing bad will happen dads gone and can't hurt you anymore if you Love James and you wanna be with him, you're gonna have to trust him and tell him what happened. I know he'll give you all the love and attention he can. We all wanna be here for you baby sis" Phil said kissing her forehead as if to say it's okay.

Angie felt sad knowing that she would have to tell James about what she went through and why she has been having such terrible nightmare, but also knows that she loves him dearly with all her heart and that he had every right to know this now.

All of a sudden some alarms went off as someone clearly human was entering the hospital on a stretcher. James entered the hospital to see Angie but also was there to tell Phil who was being sent to ER along with who looked like Amber who was busy talking to Connie and seemed upset.

"James, you alright?" Phil asked

"Yeah I'm fine, just here to see Angie"

"Alright, also who the hells being sent to ER in the human section of the hospital?" Phil asked

"I dunno." James admitted as He took off inside to see Angie in her bed upset

"Angie? Are you okay?" James said as he sat by her side and took her hand

"Oh Hi Jimmy, good to see you" Angie said as she kissed his hand glad to see him

"You seem to be holding up well" James said with a smile

"Yeah, I am hanging in there" Angie said leaning back on her pillow

"Is something wrong? You seem off honey" James said noticing

"No I'm fine.."Angie began

"Angie, come on I know when somethings wrong, you can tell me I'm your boyfriend" James said interrupting and tilting her face to look him in the eyes

"Okay, well I've been having these nightmares ive had for years starting up again since the night of the accident about when my father took me away from my family. With his drinking and abusive attitude, he kept on hurting me and telling me that I am a good for nothing loofa. Every time I try to sleep I just remember the horrible beatings he did to me, even when I finally ran away and went into foster care. The pain I felt in this crash triggered this and reminded me of the simaler pain that Phil and I's father had done to me" Angie sniffled As She was telling James everything, she began to cry harder knowing that she lived through so much pain and toucher. James felt so sorry for her he leaned in and just hugged her unsure of what else to do right now.

"It's okay, Angie. There is nothing to worry about anymore, that guy missed out on a lot.hes not here to hurt you anymore sweetie" He said softly as he stroked her hair

"I was so worried about telling you but yet wanted to at the same time because I don't know how you would deal with the horrible shit I went through and the agony it's caused me now.." Angie sobbed into his chest

"Angie, it was His loss. And what matters now is that we can start a whole New life together, and I'll Never let anything horrible happen to you. I promise I'm going to protect you for the rest of my life" James said kissing her cheek

Angie was heart warmed by James words knowing that he still loved her and will do anything to help her.

"Aw come here.." Angie said as she leaned in to Kiss him back

In the waiting area, Phil went to the front desk asking one of the Nurses who was sent to ER just now being it was looking really bad right now and he was hoping it wasn't what he thought it was seeing Connie with an arm around a crying Amber.

"Excuse me, who is in the ER right now I feel like I know who it might be being my daughter walked in with some first responders" Phil said

"OH yes,you're Phil Phillips correct?" The nurse asked

"Yes I am how did you-" Phil Began

"Okay so it's Bubbles Phillips..your wife" she said

"MY WIFE?! What happened to her?" Phil said his stomach dropping as he heard his biggest fears confirmed.

"Well apparently she was at home putting your younger daughter to bed, she felt very light headed and collapsed on the floor due to malnourishment and lack of nutrition" said the Nurse

Phil did not know how to take all of this seeing how Bubbles was still struggling going though these old memories of bullying and body shaming. Phil stood in the waiting room his hands on the edge of the front desk as he hung his head he felt very sick to his stomach and did now know how to take it. But what he needed to do right now is be with his daughter who needed him most right now.
