Trial Part II-Amber/Phil Testify

Amber went up to the stand and went to do her best to explains what happened at the night of the party, she was overly nervous still shaken after that night. While she is up there she is fighting with all her might not to cry and stay as professional as possible. Phil really was feeling just as scared as she was up there knowing how bad her fear could get and lead to her having bad panic attacks that he always experienced with her first hand.

Connie sees him getting overwhelmed and sits closer with an arm around Phil to help him to stay brave for Ambers sake in case he needed to go and help her.

"State your whole name please and why you are taking this instance to court" the interpreter said

"A-Amberley Phillips But I go by just Amber and the defendants are the ones who raped me and all I want is..some justice and for them to pay for what they done and so they don't do it to anyone else.." Amber responded jiggling her leg up and down trying to ease herself

"Alright you may proceed" the judges said to the Prosecutors

"Miss Phillips it is true that you had been sexually assaulted previously and took that to court too a while back?" Bob got up and asked

"Yes I was"

"So this instance and trial right now would have been the second time you were supposedly assaulted?"

"Yes sir" Amber did her best to try and be as polite as possible to him

"So the fact that you're taking it once again to the court is it cause you want money off this victimhood?"

"Objection Mr Vince is referring to an irrelevant situation not of this case and is proclaiming my client to be a liar" Fred intervened

"Withdrawn" The Judge said as Bob sighed in somewhat defeat

"Alright Amber now how far back do you most clearly remember that night before the defendants drugged your drink?" Fred asked

"About to the second time when Leroy came back with Kale and Jake seeing me alone trying to get me to 'willingly' being I was not super drunk enough to nap easily"

"You mentioned that you have memory of the bits and pieces of the assault taking place?"

"I do have some recollection which I had assumed to be just some bad dreams being they were already common with my past experience so I wouldn't have thought much of it until I was told by my father what went down and what my auntie Connie,Roxy and Jade found and then put two and two together basically."

"Do you ever recall their faces specifically to be in your dream? You're sure it was them or people who looked like them?" Bob asked

"No it was them 100%"

"What exactly did they do to you if you were to close your eyes and fall asleep and have the dream?"

"I was laying on that orange couch and like the last time I was assaulted I couldn't move being in fear and with the drug in my system and two of them kale and Jake all were surrounding me touching themselves...while Leroy was on top of me forcing himself inside of me and they were all laughing..taking turns  having sex with my temporarily immobile body while I had no way to fight back or scream.." Amber said as she began to break down a bit as the interpreter came over with a box of tissues for her she nodded at him thanking him and wiped her eyes.

"Is all these claims true that my client Leroy supposedly choked you with his hands and shoved his penis in your mouth causing you to puke? Kale Pulling your hair and Jake and Leroy ejaculating all over and inside you multiple times.."

Amber froze getting brand new flashbacks from what Bob was describing clearly purposely trying to trigger her as the defendants snickered quietly as she began to curl up into a ball sobbing and can only manage let out noises and no words no matter how hard she tried.

As Bob was asking Amber the questions that were leading to even more and more graphic detail, Phil couldn't take watching them torment his daughter for their own amusement and yelled from the side.

"That's it! Stop it! This is all unnecessary. Your honour can we take a 10 minute recess so Amber can calm down and I can go up and speak on her behalf the rest of the time? Fred even listed me as a backup in this kind of case"

"Approved ladies and gentleman we will be taking a brief recess so the plaintiff can get herself together" The judge said slamming the gavel.

At that moment Phil and Connie raced over  with Bubbles following. As soon as he was next to her Amber just began wailing and shaking throwing herself into her father's arms where it was and felt safe.

"Hey hey..shhh shhh it's okay Amby I'm here I'm here..." Phil said in a soft gentle voice hugging her as she sobbed into his shoulder.

"Oh baby girl I'm so sorry that was so twisted and fucked up what their lawyer was doing to you up there!" Bubbles said who was also crying and pulled Amber close next along with Connie hugging her as well

"Mom...I couldn't do it...I tried.." Amber managed to say upset with herself.

"Ooo baby anyone in your situation would have reacted like that under that pressure." Bubbles said her forehead leaning on hers giving her a kiss

"Yeah your moms right dear honestly the fact you even went up to face your fears is truly admirable but don't worry daddy's gonna take care of this now.." Phil assured her.

"Okay but I wanna Remain in the stand with you I might be able to answer some of the questions too." Amber begged

"Whatever you're comfortable doing kid." Phil said

The court soon went back in session as Phil sat beside Amber continuing to hold her hand.

"State your name and relationship to the plaintiff beside you please" the interpreter said

"I'm Detective Phil Phillips. I'm Ambers father. I went to pick her up the night of" Phil replied

"You may proceed" the judge said nodding

Fred began to ask more questions to Phil and Amber and one of them would respond or they both would. Phil then talked about how much Amber had endured even talking about her abortion and giving them legal proof and documents that the appointment took place. Phil also described what he had to watch her go through and what she truly means to him and Bubbles and how it hurt to see her in such pain he then turned looking over at Leroy,Kale and Jake and began to sort of give them a piece of his mind as much as he could in a court.

"You bastards not only ruined my daughters life but your own. You even got her pregnant she got an abortion but the pain you added since didn't leave her. You Hurt her! You hurt my little girl you hurt me too!..She was starting to even start being genuinely happy again but you sick fucks had to take that too. I want my bubbly and joyful daughter back!" Phil yelled his voice cracking ending with a slam his lips trembling as he panted out of breath Amber reached over to place a hand on his shoulder to comfort him.

"Dad..it's okay.." she said moving both her hands on his cheek seeing him shake in rage and sadness as he just hugged her protectively with all the strength left in him he had to offer and just stroking her hair.

"No uh further questions your honour.." said a now pale and freaked out Bob after the judge turned to see if he had anything else to ask or add.
