Do I still have your attention, Stranger? Are you curious as to what happens next? Great! Here comes some filler to distract you! Just kidding... The intruder is dressed in all black clothing. He also wears a few ornate armor pieces. On his left shoulder, he bears a spaulder that resembles a bat. The high collar on his ebony trench coat also favors bat wings. The fabric is tattered as the flares at its bottom seem to be a little too long. His greaves and gauntlets are both clawed and reflect the moonlight with their metallic surfaces.

He appears to be unarmed and is sitting very casually on the cabin rooftop. He glances over the landscape before him before thrusting himself off of the roof and lands gracefully a short distance from Toga and his students. "Class is dismissed, children. Move along," he jests.

"What business do you have here, boy?" Toga says planting his cane in the ground before him.

The intruder grins and points at Toga. He slowly walks toward him until his finger is nearly touching Toga's nose. He says, "You... my dear old man... are my business." Toga attempts to swat his hand away but the joker evades, turns around and starts talking again. "You see... I have been sent by some very important people to make sure you stop training these... 'creatures' you call Eons. Now, I'm pretty sure you won't just give in and agree to that so... you know how things work, right?"

Reno steps up next to Toga and asks, "Was that a threat?"

The man in black stops his awkward stroll and chuckles. "This isn't your fight, young one. Stay in a child's place. Grownups are talking." He turns back to face Toga and Reno. "Go home to mommy before things get too heated."

Reno clenches his fist and begins to raise them but Toga speaks up saying, "I don't know who you are or who sent you, nor do I care, but I suggest you leave here, boy."

"I am Yairu of the Seven Chains of Anubis and I'm not leaving here until you have exhaled your last breath." This statement brings a frown upon Toga's face and the conscious students around him walk up to his side, ready to defend him. "This is your last warning to send your nipple lickers back home before they get caught up in the crossfire."

Reno is about to charge at Yairu but Toga yells, "Stop! This person has seen more battles than many of your parents and has walked away from all of them unscathed. If it is not in his will to harm you... please leave, children."

"But--" Riku tries to convince his teacher to let them stay but Toga intercedes.

"Stay out of this, Riku." Toga looks at one of his worried pupils. "This is your enemy but not your fight." He looks back at his assailant and asks, "If I am your only target, please leave my students out of this."

"Yeah, yeah... that was the plan anyway old man," he responds with a long sigh. "Can we get this over with? I have a payment to collect."

"An assassin," Reno mumbles. "Let's go, guys..."

Toga looks at Reno and Tasha, "You two are in charge while I'm gone." His chest begins to glow as he points behind them near the path the students took to get here. The air in the area he's pointing at starts to drain into a blurry vortex until it forms a portal to the entrance of the town. "Take the class back home let them know we will discuss this test when I return." He snaps his fingers and the students that he had under his spell awaken. "Let's go to the other side of the stream, warrior." Yairu shrugs and leaps over the water with ease and awaits Toga on the other side.

"Don't lose," Riku mumbles as Toga turns away from them.

Toga turns his head slightly. He says, "Promise me you won't either." Riku nods, unsure of what his teacher means. He watches him cross the stream until Reno yells out to him.
