"Dr Jeon. Isn't that like... the third cup this morning?"

Jungkook stopped stirring his drink to look at the owner of the voice.

"I didn't realise," he said, taking a big gulp of the drink then placing it back down with a sigh.

"Hey," the elder doctor stepped up to give him rubs on the back, "You okay, kid?"

The younger sighed again. "Not really. Had a migraine once I woke up. Still not gone though..."

"Maybe you should like... take a longer break. I could inform Mr Lee-"

"No no. I'll just get some pills or something. I'll be good."

"Alright. If you say so-"

Their pagers rang, indicating they were needed immediately.

Jungkook hurriedly gulped the rest of his coffee while Hoseok grabbed his stethoscope from the table, both running out, frantically pulling on gloves to deal with whoever was coming in injured.

"Dr Jung! Dr Choi!"

"Jeon. With me."

Both the doctor and med student ran up to the oncoming patients. Dr Choi got the first patient, wheeling him into an empty room.

"Car crash, 31-year-old male, a fractured left arm and a twisted ankle. Large laceration on the head, breathless..."

"Dahyun! Dahyun! Please tell me if she's okay?! Dahyu-"

"Sir. Imma gonna need you to calm down, breathe. Don't worry, she's in good hands."

The two doctors moved to the side, letting the patient be wheeled into the room before moving towards the next one.
