Chapter 11 - (Tzuyu pov)

I don't really have friends since elementary school, They usually come and go. Befriend me, Ask for help, when they have nothing to ask anymore. They will leave like nothing happened. There was once I was betrayed by my own whom I can call her my best friend. I don't want to think about it anymore. Since that, I have closed myself to the world.

People always thought I have a metal heart that can't feel anything. I know who I am. I'm not a coldhearted person, I'm just tired of getting fvck over.

One day, There was a new student came to my school. She was from Japan. And her name is Sana, Minatozaki Sana.

"All right student, Today you will have a new friend, Her name is Sana, be good to her okay? take the empty seat there" The teacher pointed the empty seat beside me.

She smiled and took a seat beside me.

That is where everything started.

At first, i doesn't really want to have a friend, I think everyone in this world seems to be fake. Everyone is wearing a mask, so I did too. To hide who am I and she is the one who could take off my mask. Her warmth and understanding have melted the coldness I used to have.

That girl named Jeongyeon, I will not forgive her. For being so RUDE, Sana obviously did not kick it in purpose. Okay, let's keep a positive thinking by Sana saying she is not that kind of person.

"Jeongyeon is a friendly and a caring person, you know, She once made me breakfast, she also being considerate for not making any sound when I was asleep, Just let it go Tzuyu-yah, maybe at that time she was really in a bad mood"

For Sana sake, I will forgive her for once. But if she hurt Sana, I will not let her off. But I should try to cooperate with that Rude girl since Sana birthday is around the corner.

*Door opens

Jeongyeon greeted me with a smile, and Sana was still sleeping on the couch. I noticed that they have slept together on the couch.

Their friendship escalated that fast?? ... Let's wake this sleepyhead first.

"wake up! sleepyhead" I flicked her forehead to wake her up

"YAaaaa!" Sana whine as she rubs her forehead.

ㅋㅋㅋㅋ, Can I do this every day?

While we are having breakfast, Jeongyeon suddenly apologized to me. I don't know how to react. Sana solved it for me. Someone I don't know come to 230, If I'm not wrong, her name is Mina. I didn't know if she would come and join us, So I didn't buy any bread for her.

Should I give her half of my bread? But... Hmmm, I don't think so? I don't even know her.

Jeongyeon gave half of her bread to Mina, and she smiled.

Is Jeongyeon really not that kind of person? The rude coffee girl.

"Thanks to Tzuyu, not me, Haha," Jeongyeon said.

"Thank you Tzuyu" and Mina smiled to me.

I don't know how to respond, Welcome? Umm. I ended up gave her a smile back. No words come out from my mouth while I'm munching my bread.

Silence...

"Let's Go!" Sana shouted out of nowhere.

We set off to the campus and went to our own seat. Jeongyeon and Mina seat in the middle of class. Me and Sana seat at the back of the class. The class gets crowded and noisy as ever. Sana has been looking at a specific direction at some moment every day. Now I know where she has been looking at. Her eyes are directed to where Jeongyeon and Mina is seating.

!?!? So she has been looking at that Jeongyeon all this time?? Is there something between them that I don't know?? Wait...Am I being jealous..? Maybe I am, But I am her Best Friend and... she knew her only for a few days. Seriously?

[at canteen]

Today Sana didn't order her favorite Yoghurt smoothie. She ordered a cup of Americano instead.

"Eh? Coffee? Since when you start to drink coffee?" I was surprised and confused.

"euuu, It's bitter, ㅎㅎㅎ" Sana chuckled.

"Then why are you drinking it? hahah"

"I don't know, I suddenly want to try it," said Sana, while taking a sip of the coffee.

Sana is so weird lately. I hope she is not stressed or else. Or she is indeed weird. Anyway, What should I buy for her birthday present? Day by day, it's getting closer to her birthday. And still, I couldn't think of anything.

I saw her phone casing is getting darker. The color is fading away. Should I buy her a phone casing instead?

"Sana-ya, Your phone casing is getting darker, Just threw it away, ㅋㅋㅋ"

"I can still use it tho, or are you going to buy me one?"  She grinned.

"No no no, I won't buy for you, Who says I will buy for you!?" I immediately replied in panic.

"Your face doesn't match your words, ㅎㅎㅎ, You really can't lie," Sana said teasingly and patting my head.

My blood rushed to my cheeks,

I think I'm blushing...

Yea, I really can't lie. I like it when you pat my head.
