Summary of the last few chapters:
Kyung Hoon lives with his mother along with Heechul. Their lives are normal besides the fact Kyung Hoon is sided with a strong and influential gangster named Ho Dong. Because he is threatening Kyung Hoon's brother Heechul, Kyung Hoon has no choice but to work with him to protect his family and earn money.
Things change as a mysterious man who seems to know Kyung Hoon's family personally offers to take down the strongest gangster in the city. Being skeptical but desperate, Kyung Hoon agrees to work with him and together proceeds to successfully to take down Ho Dong.
As Ho Dong's reign comes to an end, Kyung Hoon feels more at ease as his brother will finally get the peace he deserves.
However, many questions and concerns arise. What was the promise the mysterious man made with Kyung Hoon? How will the streets look like after the fall of Ho Dong? Kyung Hoon no longer has the occupation that supports the financial foundation for his family.
The decision he made to take down Ho Dong... Will it be good or lead to a dark path of frustration, anger, and tragedy?

Sorry that it took months to update this work and I'm sure many people have dropped this series already.
Does the story seem rushed? I feel like I should've extended the backstory a little more. Definitely, the story is now aligning with the music video as Sang Min is now introduced into the story (And yes he's the villain if you didn't watch the MV).
Definitely, the next few chapters are going to be longer and go in depth based on the actual timeline. I'm sure many people are also curious about daddy Jang Hoon's significance and appearance in the story. Obviously, Jang Hoon's influence on the story is based on my ideals since he was physically not in the MV itself.
(I just realized... Kyung Hoon's mother... Jang Hoon are divorced. Why didn't I realize that this is aligning to his real life??)
Anyways, let me know your ideas of how Jang Hoon's impact on the story should be like. I'm open for anything since this is a fanfiction anyways.
That's all. Expect some random updates (but more regularly) on this story because... There's not much time left before we get to the end game. (Definitely not spoiling... If you watched the MV). I posted the MV on this chapter for those who still haven't watched it or you need a recap.
