"Hello?" Jake sat up, calling out again this time louder, "Hello?! Is someone there?". He heard shuffling behind the wall with the hatch then a loud click and a beep as the wall opened up to reveal a door. And a very pretty girl, around his age, staring at him from behind it. "Jake?" she asked stepping into the cell, he nodded, "Yes that's me... Who are you?" Jake stood up, he couldn't of been that much taller than her, and they both wore the same standard human clothing. "You don't remember me do you?" he shook his head, "I'm Alex Waller, Mykie's sister, I'm in your form at school." She smiled shyly nodding towards the door, "Come with me I need to tell you what's happened while you were in here." Jake chuckled, "That might be difficult, you see my memory has been wiped, I don't remember anything other than a few names, nothing before I came into this cell." Alex's face dropped.

"I see, well I guess I can fill you in on the way. Come on we need to get out of here before any guards return."

They half jogged out of the cell, down the hallway and out into the destruction that lay across the auditorium. "Oh fuck." Jake raised a hand to his mouth, "The metallics arrived and took everyone we were the only ones to go free. We need to find Clarisa and Mykie, I know they're at the tower, come on Jake." Alex started walking away down the steps and towards the door.

He stood there tears quietly running down his cheeks. He knew these names and he knew Mykie was why he was there. But he didn't know what was going on. He was confused, scared and right now he didn't even know if he could trust this Alex girl. "What are you waiting for we need to get going!" She waved him over and he walked down the stairs. "Look Alex, I don't meant his to be rude or insulting but I can't go with you unless you prove I can trust you."

Alex looked hurt but she turned closing the door, "Fine. You are Jake Taylor and you are thirteen years old. Like all other humans you go to the education centre in the middle of the city. You are in a form room with me and Mykie left you a note telling you to come here tonight. Thank God for that because if she hadn't I would be trying to solve this on my own. Clarisa is a robot leading a revolution, but she along with twenty one other students has been captured and we need to save her. And if all that didn't jog your memory, you left a note on my locker yesterday asking if I wanted to go to the park sometime to which my answer is yes." She stared at him looking for answers in his face.

Jake smiled he knew this girl and thing were starting to come back to him. "Thank you Alex." She smirked

"Now can we get going?"

"Of course."

Jake grabbed her hand and they ran into the darkness of the street.
