i was up early training with mrs.beackly and scrooge. scrooge was testing my hearing. i had a blindfold on and was listening for any sound around me. when i heard a crack i immediately blasted the wooden figure. i kept doing this for about 5 minutes until scrooge rung a bell and said "that's enough for today y/n. we will train more tomorrow morning". i said panting "okay". as i was walking away scrooge said "oh,and y/n". i looked at him he smiled and said "great jb today". i smiled and ran off towards my room. as soon as i got to my room i saw how cluttered it was. i said to myself "looks like it's time for some cleaning". as i was cleaning off my book shelf i found a book that said "symbols of the mcduck/duck family". i remember i got this from scrooges library when Dewey was looking for information on his mom. i said "i totally forgot about this. i'll read it when i get done". i threw it on my bed and continued cleaning.
time skip 10 minutes later/
i was finally done cleaning and i sat down on my bed. i saw the book and opened it. i read the book for about 30 minutes until i got to the last page. i stopped and looked at the symbol. i recognize that symbol. that was the symbol on the guy who killed my parents!

i read the passage and it said "this is the symbol of a secret organization that helped fight magical dangers against the world. scrooge mcduck, Della duck, Donald duck, m/n l/n, f/n l/n joined this secret organization but something terrible happened". that was the end of the passage. i turned the page but it was blank. i sighed and yelled "oh, come on"! i closed the book and collapsed on my bed. i wondered "what happened that was so terrible?
did it have anything to do with my parents death"? i got up and got an idea. "what about the internet? there must be ton of people who must know this symbol". i screenshot the symbol and placed it on the internet. as soon as i asked the question and submitted my computer shut off. i kept trying to turn it back on but it wouldn't work. i sighed and said "great! looks like i have to do this the old fashion way". i ran scrooges money bin and knocked on the door.
qauckfaster said "oh, finally come to return your book". i nodded and said "may i please take out another book". she said "how many time's must i tell you NO"! i sighed and was about to walk away when i got an idea. i stopped the door an said "i'll make you a deal". she looked at me and said "what kind of deal"? i smirked and said "if i clean up the whole library for you, will you let me take one book"? she thought about it and said "a whole library for one book. fine. come in".
i stepped in and immediately got to work. as i cleaned i looked for a book that would help me but there was nothing. i sighed as i finished cleaning it was already night time. i walked to Qauckfaster and said "i'm finished cleaning, i'm going to go now". she said "where is you book"? i said "i didn't find what i was looking for".
she said "what book does the f/c one seek"? i say "something on my parents death". she says "oh, the person you seek is very visible but you just can't see him". i just look at her confused and say "okay? that makes no sense but thanks for the advice". she says "there is no advice just truth in the universe". i say even more confused "okay? goodbye".
she says "there are no goodbyes just hello when your leaving". i just run out of the library before she can say anything more confusing. i walk back to the mansion. everyone is in the family room talking. they see me and the boys and webby immediately jump on me hugging. scrooge says "lass! where were ye"? mrs.beackly says "we were worried sick when you wer'ent in your room".
Donald says "don't ever do that again"! i said "sorry. i went out for a walk to clear my head of somethings". scrooge say "well next time tell someone, alright lass". i nod and say "okay". he says "good" and walks away. the boys and webby finally get off me. Dewey say's "don't ever do that again y/n". i say "okay,okay calm down guys.i'm fine".
louie says "but what if you got hurt, or kidnapped by the beagle boys or glomgold". Huey says "Louie's right according to the j.w.g it is very unsafe to wander off alone". i just sigh and say "okay, i'll make sure to tell someone next time. happy"? they all nod and i go up to my room. i sigh and say "we'll that was a waste of time and energy. what did Qauckfaster mean though? whatever she's crazy anyway". i still can't get my mind of my parents so i decide to play something. i remember my mom sung me this song one time.
i finished singing and felt so much better. i heard a knock on my door and i opened it to see scrooge and Donald. i asked "what's going on"? scrooge looked at me and said "y/n did you go to my secret library today"? i sighed and thought "busted".
i said "yes, i did. he asked "what were you doing there"? i said "i returned a book and helped Qauckfaster clean up the library". Donald said "are you sure"? i nodded and he said "okay, oh and was that your mother's song you were singing". i asked confused "you know that song"? he nodded and said "when your mother and i were little we used to do duets together and preform for Della,your father and scrooge".
scrooge chuckled and said "you have the same singing voice as your mother". i smiled and said "thank you". he smiled and said "okay, it's time for bed,goodnight y/n". i said "goodnight, Donald and scrooge". i closed my door and slipped into my pajamas's little did i know webby and the boys were listening to everything i said while in my room.
