"To live is Christ, to die is gain"
Few on earth remain,
Who haven't heard the refrain.
A spelling error occurred,
And it differed,
from the so often heard.
"To love is Christ, to die is gain."
Before the error I'd mend,
I read it again,
And left off the end.
"To love is Christ."
Truth, in that statement lies.
Christ, no longer disguised,
When one to the self, dies
And loves without restraint.
