Unchained

Rain fell fiercely from the wild skies,
Soaking her skin, sending shivers up her spine.
Thunderclouds reflected in her starry eyes.
Round and round she flies,
Each motion dedicated to the One, divine.
Her spirits unchained,
Closer and closer to heaven with each leap, she soared.
Hurt healed, unspeakable joy reigned
All else vanished, one thing remained,
Following the lead of her Lord.
