(Y/N) sat up on the roof, the wind blowing in her hair as she looked up at the sky. She fiddled with her pocket watch as she took in deep breaths.
"You know, you should let me play more often, imagine all the fun we could have." (Y/N) laced her fingers into her hair and pulled a little as her eyes filled with tears.
"Shut up. Leave me alone." She let go of her hair allowing it to fall around her face, she pushed down the tears as she fiddled with her trousers.
"So you are not as innocent as you seem." (Y/N)s head snapped up from where she was looking towards the boy standing at the entrance to the roof. The bi-coloured hair boy was leaning agains the wall, looking at the girl in front of him, his eyes where as cold as they could get.
"What do you want?" She snapped back, not liking the boy before her. He has been nothing but rude to her, but she knew his pain, and she wanted to ease it.
"I want to know what the hell you just pulled back there."
(Y/N) POV
I let out a sigh, knowing there is no way I can escape this conversation. I would just have to tell him a lie. Look how Midoriya has been treating me after I told him, I didn't even tell him I was a villain so how would he react to that one.
"It was drugs." I say plainly as I look up at the sky, the only thing that cam to my head was drugs.
In the league of villains, please note I was never apart of their little parade, I visited once with Him and only did two jobs it's them and the e left again to go do some more work else where, All for One has created many monsters known as Nomus, they are several pale with different quirks all tied together to make a power house. I am one of them. However, Him did the experiment much more differently than that of All for One did. For him it was successful. However drugs effect quirks massively. They can prevent the usage of quirks but also change how they work and how reliable they are.
Say for example Jirou was to do a class A drug, after a while you will see the effects as a human but she only has a C grade quirk, which means it wont effect her quirk.
Whereas if Kaminari had to do the same drug, his quirk being an S grade, his quirk would go out of control or be weakened or cut of completely. That's why drug restriction has been heightened.
Its not like Todoroki will ever know that drug use does the very opposite. Like her thought Midoriya was the son of All Might for crying out loud. Like we all know his farther is... wait what?
"Drug use? That.... makes more sense." He walked over to me, his voice seemed more gentle now, as he sat with me, his scar was much closer and more detail was visible.
"I'm sor-" he began to speak s I cut him off by cupping the scared side of his face, stroking the outline of his scar with my thumb.
"I know what happened. I heard you tell Midoriya, I m sorry for ears dropping, but you must know that this was not her fault, or your own. What happened to your mother could not be helped. And you can not cage yourself because of your past. You are strong, but only use half of that strength, do you really think only half of you will save everyone?" I pause a little, as I see his expression become more upset and confused. The most emotion I have ever seen on him.
This is your chance, kill him while he still looks vulnerable.
I swallow the ball of saliva in my mouth as I continue with what I was saying. One hand cupping one cheek of his face, the other holding myself up, his is A LOT taller then me.
"I'm sure, that if your mother was here, if you would go see her. She would tell you to use YOUR power. Not your farther not hers. Your own power. Its not the quirk that makes the hero, its the bravery and willingness to help those who need it. Don't continue to punish yourself and Isolate yourself from others. Use your power and show the old what you are made of." I smile at him, as his expression changed again to a surprised one.
Todoroki POV
Never have I ever seen her smile. Ever. She is always so serious or dull. Yes today she seemed a little more villainous and smirked but now she is actually smiling. Does she know she has a cute smile? Why am I thinking that?
Her adorable ness put aside, her words seemed to change something inside me, they made my heart melt and my eyes swell up with water, I refuse to let her see me cry. But should I listen to her?
Not only that, but she has a drug problem. I would never would have guessed, she has not symptoms and doesn't seem like she does so but that wold explain the unusual quirk thing that went down, but it still doesn't feel... right?
"BAKUGOU WINS!!! NOW CAN MIDORIYA AND TODOROKI PLEASE MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE STAGE AND GET READY!!!"
Pressant Mics voice rang through the speakers, allowing me to know it was time for me to leave. I get up fro me seat, looking down at (Y/N) seeing her smile gone now. Pity.
"Good luck, I hope you win this thing." And with her finale words I left to begin my match.
(Y/N) POV
I sigh once more.
"You can come out now All Might." A glare at the spot he was hiding in as he slowly creeps out.
"Sorry (Y/N), you know we have to. You should never have taken the thing off, you could have lost control." All Might states as he wraps a new collar around my neck, locking it and turning it on. This time it wouldn't move at all, small needles poking into my blood stream. This is the worst. I'm like a dog. One that is being silenced.
No One POV
"We need to take back Mercy from those hero's Tomura. Him would be happy to know that we have her, not only that she can be of great service to us. She is highly skilled and all the hero's fear her name. What's better, the hero's hid her existence from the public and would be a perfect way to destroy the trust in hero's." Kurogiri said as he tended to Tomuras final injures.
"I know that. Mercy will soon be in our possession."
