Mark's point of view
Hindi ko lang alam kung ano ang binabalak na gawin sa akin ng mga kaklase namin matapos nilang makita ang nangyari sa akin. Kahit alam kong hindi ito ligtas para sa sarili ko ay aking tinutuloy ang paghahanap sa mga "Entity" na sinasabi nila.
"Mark! Gusto mo bang tabihan ako habang kumakain ng lunch?" tanong ni Jane sa'kin.
I nodded as a response. "Bakit nasaan ba sila Ella?"
"With his boyfriend. Just kidding with his boy space friend," sagot nito.
"Ah, Jerome." And silence soon started as we eat our foods. It was kind of awkward.
Pagkatapos naming kumain, dumiretso na ako sa classroom para magreview sa quiz ni Ma'am Shie. "Class bring out a one whole sheet of paper, we will be having a quiz today," pambungad niya sa amin. You can hear the sighs and groans of the student present inside the classroom.
Her face seems familiar, and again I don't know where and when I saw it. We were given an hour to answer the given quiz, it was not hard and not easy at the same time. I got a perfect score by the way, sisiw.
I kept quite the whole day, I can even hear my friends asking each other what's wrong with me. I just purposely ignore them because my mind is clouded with unexplainable things.
Pagbukas ko ng locker ko, nakita ko ang isang bimpong may bahid ng dugo. May nakasulat na pangalan rito na "Angelli-" tapos naputol na dahil nabasa ata ng tubigan ko.
Dinala ko ito sa Science Lab at ibinigay kay Mr. Reyes.
"This blood doesn't match the kids'. Where did you get this?" he asked.
"I just found it in my locker sir."
"You don't know who this belongs to don't you?"
I nodded as a response.
Minutes have passed when he suddenly collapsed on the floor. I carried him on my back, he was quite heavy. I ran towards the clinic while shouting "help" at the top of my lungs. When I got inside the clinic, 2 nurses and a doctor came towards me and took Mr. Reyes from my back. They laid him down on a vacant bed, provided some medical aids. Not long after when my friends ran inside, exaggerating like I was the one who passed out.
"Sige iwan nyo muna sya dito, he just need to take a rest for a while. He must be overworking himself," the nurse sighed while checking Mr. Reyes' pulse.
Parang tinutusok ng karayom ang aking puso kapag naaalala ko ang mga pangyayari sa aking paligid. Hindi ko inaasahang ganto dito sa loob ng school na 'to dahil mukha namang maayos. First the truck case, and those 3 dead teenagers and now this. I know Mr. Reyes, he's not the type to over work himself until he black out and he's also a healthy man, something's definitely wrong.
Sinamaan ako ng kutob na parang may sumusunod sa akin papunta sa dorm namin. Tumingin ako sa likod ko pero wala naman, tiningnan ko rin ang mga trashcans at cabinet na pwede nilang pagtaguan pero wala talaga.
Eto na naman sila, bumubulong sa aking ears. Hindi ako mapakali dahil sa mga salitang aking naririnig kahit wala naman akong kausap o kumakausap sa'kin. Kinuha ko agad ang headphones ko at isinuot ito, kahit mag-max volume ako ay aking naririnig pa rin ang mga salitang binubulong sa'kin.
Bago ako makatulog, may bumulong na naman. "Do not trust Jane, she will be the cause of your demise," it echoed on my mind. Napabalikwas ako ng bangon dahilan para magising nila Ella, Rika, Rhen at Jerome, you should've seen their faces.
Nakakapagtaka, bakit hindi ko pwedeng pagkatiwalaan si Jane eh she's one of the people that I have faith with..
