Little (Y/n) was never a talkative child to begin with. He was always kind, and happy. No matter what you gave him, he was always satisfied with a little.
But things changed for little (Y/n), once he suffered the lost of his parents, he was now more...
After training ended, both boy kept talking, and meeting at night after (Y/n) finished training for the day at the island. Both boys got to know each other, and saw how different their lives were, but so similar in the meaning of who they were as individuals.
"How do you stay so much time under water?" Asked (Y/n) looking at the moonlight shinning the dark beach.
"Because of this." Tanzanite turned around, showing him his back, and revealing a blue/violet gem.

(Y/n) was surprised seeing this, because he realized both boys were the same.
"It's a gem called Tanzanite, I was born with it, and it gives me abilities." He said smiling. "I picked up on the name because I thought it was cooler, but that's not my real name." He chuckled, breaking the astonished look on (Y/n).
"Wait, then what's your name then?" (Y/n) asked curiously.
"Not telling ya'." He chuckled. "What about you, how can you make that crystal bubble?"
"Because of this!" (Y/n) revealed the gem on his navel, and Tanzanite was surprised too.
"W-Were the same..." Tanzanite mumbled. "What's it called!?"
"I-I don't know... I was born with it too but never got around the name..." he looked away, and then realized something. "How did you know that was the name of your gem?"
"My deceased father told me." Tanzanite said nostalgicly as he stared down at the sand.
"O-Oh, I'm sorry..." (Y/n) said putting a hand in his shoulder. Tanzanite shook his hair for him not to worry.
"Oh, what do you like to do? I like swimming, playing with fishes, and flying at night!" Tanzanite said changing the topic with a huge grin on his face.
"Wait, you can fly?!" Asked (Y/n) excitedly, and Tanzanite nodded. "Show me."
Tanzanite stood up, and a pair of water wings were revealed on his back.
(Y/n) squealed, and got up. "Wow, cool!" He observed the wings analyzing it, he just saw it was regular water, but still found it interesting to look.
"Want a ride?" Tanzanite asked, and (Y/n)'s eyed shoned.
"Yes!" He said happily.
"Grab on." Tanzanite said, he grabbed (Y/n)'s arms, and flew near the water.
When they finished flying, both boys landed on the sand laughing like it was the most fun thing it was to them.
"That was awesome!" (Y/n) shouted.
"I never thought that it could be fun doing it with someone!" Tanzanite said recovering his breath.
"It's nice... to have someone to-..." (Y/n) said happily, but was cut by Tanzanite.
"To relate to..." said Tanzanite with a smile.
Both boys began to laugh, jump around, and even dance. However all this died down once the boys collided with each other dancing. They seemed to blacked out a bit, and when they opened their eyes everything was different.
"(Y/n)... Where are you..? Asked a voiced looking around for the named boy.
"I'm... Here...?" When the voice realized that they answered themselves with confusion, that's when everything began to hit them slowly.
They looked at themselves, and found that they were taller, and different. A pair of hands traveled to their navel, and another traveled to their backs, they traced those parts, and realized what happened.
"W-We-..." (Y/n) was cut of by Tanzanite. "Merged..."
One thing was clear, they were confused as to what they were, but as much questions they had, they decided to embrace what they were. Until (Y/n) realized something.
"Oh no, I need to get back to the cabin before Bruce comes looking for me." He said worriedly.
"How do we even separate?" Wondered Tanzanite, scratching his hair with a pair of arms while the other supported his face
"I don't know... but we have to think about it fast or-..." (Y/n)'s anxious state, and Tanzanite indiferent one made them unstable, and separate, this causing to send both boys flying.
"We have to that again sometime!" Said Tanzanite getting up excitedly. "It felt awesome!"
"It was." (Y/n) giggled. "But I have to roll put for tonight, see you tomorrow?"
"Sure thing." He grinned at (Y/n).
After that (Y/n) kept practicing on how to change the shape of his crystals creations, resulting on the creations of some deadly lethal weapons. He discovered a new ability in the process of his excitement, and began training in combat a bit.
Every night the boys met when they could resulting on a good friendship, both boys now knew things about themselves that they didn't realize before. However, (Y/n)'s training was coming to an end, and that only meant that the boys won't be able to see each other more.
"You know, you can come visit me anytime you want after this." Said (Y/n) smiling.
"But I don't know where you live." Tanzanite looked back a the pinkette.
(Y/n) gave him the location of where he lives, since it was a his last night staying here, they both hugged each other, and parted their separate ways.
《Some Time Later...》
After the training was done, Bruce, and (Y/n) traveled back to Gotham. The fist one to welcome them was Alfred, who was the one taking them from the airport to Gotham, when they finally arrived at the mannor, and opened the big doors, there was a surprise party welcoming them.
"Guys, you didn't have to do all of this..." (Y/n) said happily, tears almost falling off of his eyes.
"Oh we sure had to..." Grinned Tim.
"Welcome back." Said Jason with a smile, and Dick forced them all into a group hug.
"Thanks, you guys are the best." (Y/n), but he was directly looking at Damian's eyes. Both teenager blushing at each other's gazes.
