Chapter 6 - Darkness Begins Part 1

- Demos POV -

  Me and Panther couldn't find the creature, so we decided to head back. On our way back, we ran into Star Fate who filled us in about Lumos's condition. I was relieved hearing that he'll be alright.

  "So quick question, who's going to raise the moon until Lumos gets better?" asked Panther.

  "I suggest that Star should after all you were the one that mostly taught Lumos when mother couldn't," I suggested.

  "Alright then. I suppose I will," answered Star Fate, "But for now I think for now we should return to Luminaosis's room." After that the three of us went to Lumos's room.

- Luminaosis's Room -

- Cold Space POV -

  I finally got to Lumos's room and laid him down on his bed. After that I pulled up a chair and sat down in it. Minutes later Star Fate came in followed by Demos and Panther asking on how he was doing. I answered their questions after those two sat down on Lumos's couch while Star Fate raised the moon and pulled up a chair next to me.

  "I hope he'll be okay," I said turning to Lumos.

  "He will Space. We just have to be patient," said Star Fate as he put a hand on my shoulder. After a while we fell asleep after discussing a few things.

- Luminaosis POV -

- Mindscape -

  "Where am I?" I asked myself. I looked at my surroundings and realized that the sky was dark, and I was standing on some polluted looking water.

  "We're in your mind," said a voice. I looked around to see where it came from only to find Shadow standing behind me.

  "Shadow, what's going on?" I asked him with a hint of anger in my voice.

  "You shouldn't have got in the way of the plan," he said calmly.

  " What plan, Shadow?" I asked confused.

  "Why our plan to take down your brothers of course," he answered walking towards me.

  "Wait a minute I don't want that," I said.

  "Oh, that's where your wrong. You see I know that you do want to kill your brothers deep down inside your heart. I'm just helping you out with it," he said walking around me in a circle. I just looked at him astounded by what I heard. Maybe he was right, maybe I do want to hurt my brothers, but I didn't want to kill them. They are the only family I have left after mother's and father's deaths.

  "What caused you to become this way Shadow?" I asked as he walked away from me.

  "Have you ever wondered where that anger and jealousy go when you hide them?" he asked with an evil grin as he turned to face me as I looked at him questionably, "Well allow me to explain that jealousy and anger become apart of me somehow making me stronger than you."

  "Now in order for the plan to continue I must take control over you considering I can't get rid of you since we are the same person," he said, "Because if I destroyed you it would cause a collapse in your mind, so in order to keep you shut, you'll be trapped in chains and dragged to where no one can reach you."

  Before I could do anything, black chains sprouted out of the water and coiled around, trapping me and dragged me into the water.

  "Now to continue on with the plan," was all I could hear him saw before falling into darkness.
