I woke up the next day and got up and got dressed. after all my time in the dark I'm finally going back. I packed all my stuff and headed out and to my surprise everybody was waiting for me.
"Welcome back." they all said
"Yea whatever"
"Don't need to be so grumpy" a voice said
"Whatever fluffy"
I knew it was Auska from that voice.
"Hey also can we go to the apartment I just want to go"
But that's when something hit me. when I was walking out if the hospital before this angel I saw a person staring at me and I know who that person was now. I haven't been having this memory since that angel I've had them ever since I came back they just weren't as big as the ones I've been having.
"I..."
I couldn't say anything I was in shock from what I had just learnt.
"But..."
"Spit it out already" Auska angrily said
"I've been...i've been...i've been experiencing the memory reciting since I came back to Tokyo 3"
They all just stared at me looking at me like I was crazy
"Lets just go please"
"Ok" Misato said
We walked to the car in silence. I sat in the front seat while Shinji and Auska sat in the back seats and didnt say a word. We got back to the apartment and I walked to my room so did Shinji and Auska, I entered my room door and looked around.
"Just everything I had before" I said to myself
But I heard Misato talking on the phone something about SEELE and NERV and the Eva's. I ran out of my room.
"You don't mean SEELE has come for the Eva's"
"I'm afraid they have"
I ran into Auska and Shinji's rooms and told them that we had to get to NERV before they invaded. we all ran down to the car Misato got in the car and used the nitrous, we got down there in seconds. once we got out we had to go to our Eva's. I bolted to mine making sure I got there in time but I was too late there were three men looking for the Eva pilots and I was one.
"We have found a pilot commencing operation Eva" one of the guys said into his radio
"It's nothing personal kid just orders"
"Just before you kill me I have on thing to say"
"What would that be"
"You'll be on the ground in seconds"
"How is that going to happen"
After he said that I tackled him to the ground dodging the other guys bullets I ran up to one. Of them and gutted one and the second one I punched right in the face.
"Told you"
I ran up to my entry plug and got into it.
"I'm good to go Ritsko if you're there."
"Yea I'm here kido, we'll launche you into a lake with Auska and don't surface until we tell you to"
"Ok"
I noticed Auska's coms came online.
"I see you made it in time." I quickly said
"Yea well I guess you didn't have to deal with one person"
"I dealt with three"
"Oh... ok well were is Shinji Misato?" Auska asked
"He's probably being a push hiding under some stairs waiting."
"Yea you're probably right." she replied
"LAUNCH EVA"
We had no clue we were moving until Ritsko said launch Eva. we surfaced in a lake so no one could see us until they brought up thermal they could see us like fish out of water. They started using missiles to destroy us but we were not getting damaged just shaken up.
"Ah screw this" Auska said
"Auska were are..." it was too late
Auska and jumped up out of the water and started destroying the military. I sat there thinking what should I do, should I go up and help Auska or should I stay here. I jumped up out of the water and helped Auska.
"Why are you so reckless"
"I'm not reckless I'm just brave"
"More like reckless"
We took out all of the military and we were left standing there doing nothing until they released the Eva series
"They completed it Auska"
"I know"
They started to land in a circle around us, there was twelve of them. we both had 3 minutes.
"Lets say twenty seconds per one and a minute to spare" I said
"Lets go"
I ran at one and shoved my fist into its stomach and I then grabbed another on slammed it into that one and jumped on both of them until they stopped moving.
"Two down 4 to go"
I ran up to another one grabbed it and pulled it over my head. I then started pulling it in half. the blood ran down my Eva like water it didn't stick. I saw another one readying his sword. I grabbed a sword that was on the ground next to me. I charged at him and he blockedy first couple of swings but I broke his block and chopped of his arm and the stabbed my combat knife into his head. Auska and I had two Eva series left with 1:30 left on the clock. I grabbed one of them and then ran over to the other one and slammed my fist through them both. Auska was just about finished with hers but that's when a sword went flying at her. I ran over to her and jumped in front of her and I noticed it was the spear of Longinus.
"Philip what are you doing?!"
"Saving you"
The spear turned back into a sword and sliced my face in a diagonal line and turned back to the spear and stabbed me in the stomach. I slowly fell back and I heard screaming the spear had pierced me and stabbed Auska's eye. I pulled the spear out and laid on my hands and knees over Auska.
"I will be the one to protect you."
"You don't have to" she said while crying.
"Yes I do"
As soon as I said that the Eva series were back in the air and were about to strike me in the back. I turned on visual coms and gave Auska a smile before the Eva series hit me. I turned the coms off as soon as they were about to hit me. my back felt like I have just been hit by a massive truck.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh"
"Stop Philip I can handle it."
"No you can't" I said while gritting my teeth "ahhhhhhhh" I let out another scream.
I pulled Auska's Eva of here back so I could eject the entry plug.
"What are you doing Philip" she yelled
"Keeping you alive"
"PHILIP"
