"Ight" Shawn stated low removing his hand from Toni's back, Toni looked back at him. Shawn had navigated through the crowd. "Shawn" Toni called out but Shawn didn't look back he continued walking. "Mom....really?" Toni questioned she couldn't believe what just happened. "To-" Michelle tried to explain. "No I got this" Thomas spoke up.

"No let him go" Thomas spoke. The tall man who resembled Toni so much said, "Toni really? It's already bad enough you chose this as a career but now him? You're just making bad decisions all around baby. Toni come on, me and your mother worked hard to send you and your brother to private school, so you could have the best education. Moved so, you'd never have to live in the ghetto just for you to marry in it? You know he got kids right?"

"Damn" Timothy said beneath his breath. "What the actual fuck" Kai whispered to him. Shawn left, he never felt more disrespected in his life. He was Shawn Taylor fuck. Everyone respected him, some even looked up to him. He could've went off but he decided not too, those were Toni's parents and he didn't want to make matters worse, because he was really like that. Everyone was quiet watching the scene unfold. The door closed letting everyone know Shawn had left.

"Dad why would you say that? I thought you two be happy for me" Toni cried with tears streaming down her face. Instead of waiting for a response she walked off. "Okay everything's okay everyone let's get back to partying, have a drink," Teresa said trying to change the subject. Toni went to the bathroom to cry her eyes out.
Timothy knocked on door, "Toni baby open up it's me," he told her.

"Come on Toni open up" Kai added. "Well I'm bout ready to go" Thomas announced to Michelle as he grabbed his coat heading towards the door. "Be out in a bit" Michelle responded walking into the kitchen. "I hope you're happy now" Teresa said as she entered. "Teresa-" "Don't Teresa me. Chelle you hurt that girl's feelings and she was genuinely happy" Teresa reasoned.

"Hell she went out her way to fly us all out here and host a party just for it to blow up in her face?" Teresa snapped. Michelle looked away, "Look I know Toni isn't my child and it's none of my business but-"

"Your right Reese, it's none of your business. Toni is my child and it's really none of your concern excuse me," and with that she left leaving Teresa to her own thoughts. "Can you open the door?" Timothy said practically begging. Toni decided to unlock it. Timothy walked in locking it behind, he kneeled with her.

"Tone it's gonna be okay," Timothy reasoned. "It's not....I don't even know I'm gone tell them I'm pregnant" Toni stressed. "Well what do you want me to do?" Timothy asked rubbing her back. "I just want everybody out. Get them out my house I wanna be alone" she told him.

Timothy followed her orders. "See you later," he said waving the last family member away. Making his way to her room he asked, "You good?" he asked before leaving. "Yeah" Toni said as she laid in her bed. "If you need me I'm just a phone call away." Toni thanked him. "No problem babes" he said leaving.

Shawn took a toke from his blunt. He was trying to clear his head, he decided to chill at the stu. His safe haven, the stu was his scapegoat. Whenever he couldn't describe how he was felling he'd express it in his music. Shawn glided his hands upward raising the volume. Taking a sip from his drink he read Toni's message. Ben came in and plopped down holding a plate "Ight now finish telling me what happened," he said. "What part I was at?" Shawn questioned. "You said her mom sa-" Ben reminded him getting meat on his chip, he was eating nachos.
