"Who are you?," I asked "I'm Bane, and this is my twin brother Blaze," Bane replied "welcome to our clan what would you like to know?," "we want to join," "really?," I asked "I'll need to see your fighting skills, Jesse!," I called, Jesse came over with Johnny, "Johnny, would you go over to Ryan and say I told you to train with him for now," "sure," and he turned away to go to Ryan. "This is my senior warrior, your'll be showing me your skills by fencing him," Jesse nodded "Blaze, go first!," Bane said excitedly "okay," Blaze replied shyly and took out his fencing sword, he was good, but not warrior good. But Jesse won quickly "okay Bane, your up," I replied and Bane lunched into battle with Jesse, I was shocked with his skill, Jesse almost lost. "I'm pretty sure your'll be able to join, Bane your a great fight, I think you could be a warrior." Bane's eyes gleamed "and Blaze you need a bit of training and your'll be a warrior too," "do you have an idea who could be his mentor?," I asked Ryan turning around to see Ryan with Snake a d Johnny behind him. "yeah, I do, Blaze come with me," Ryan replied I followed and I saw Ben and Sarah fighting together "Ben?," "yeah?," he asked "are you ready for an apprentice?," "yes I-I am," Ben asked surprised "good, Ben, Blaze, try to make a friendship between each other, hey Sarah come," we all walked back to Bane and Jesse "here's the only other warrior with out an apprentice, you will practice with her most days, unless Firestar needs your help or I do," "come on," I walked over to my rock "all members of Firewolf meet here, for a clan meeting!." I saw Emmet and Josh brake apart and come closer, I also saw Grace and Jen coming closer, Ryan stood next to me "okay, today two new members are joining our clan, a warrior and a apprentice, our new warrior is Bane, and Ben will be Blaze's mentor, also I've been seeing good work and I think warriors who show good skill and loyalty will get a warrior name, I've thought of a name for Ryan, after I give a names you should call them by such, Ryan your new warrior name is Wolfhowl, I've thought about each name in particular, Jesse your name is Tigerslash, Emmet your name is Slash, Ben yours is Hotfoot," Ben smiled "Emma your name is Raccoon, if any of you want to know what your name means I'll tell you, but on your own time." I jumped down and Emmet was next to me "what does my name mean?," "I knew you'd be the first person to ask me, you name is Slash because it's your move, I know you always end a fight each time with a quick slash to the side," I smiled, he grinned "thanks Firestar!, Ryan-oops Wolfhowl," Emmet clapped Ryan's shoulder and he turned and bounded towards Emma. When I walked into my house Crow ran over to me, I picked him up and he started to purr as soon as I put him on my shoulder, "hey Shade, Ryan," my mom called "hi mom!," I called "hello Mrs. Cattra," Ryan replied "oh I got something for your kitties," Ryan pulled out two collars out of his backpack, "I got these while I was getting bird feed for my mom, I saw then and I grabbed them," I looked at them, one was green with the dangly a fire ball, "it says; Name:Flame Gender:male, and on the back is your phone number," I looked at Crow's it was blue "oh! It's a crow!," I smiled "yes I got him the crow dangly, it's the same set up except on name it says Crowfeather;Crow." "I love them!," "Shade!," mom called "you go, I'll put the collars on," Ryan replied, I turned and went into the kitchen "on Saturday we're going to a banquet, it's going to be us, and the four other families, because its been a first in a long time that all five families that has a member who's sixteen with the family sword," mom replied "can I bring a friend?," "if there sixteen or older," "okay, wait is there a member who's a twin?," I asked thinking of Emmet "no, but there's a family with two members that are eleven months apart," "cool," I smiled and I turned "wait, your guest, Ryan, needs to wear his family sheath and if he can show his crest," "okay," and walked back to Ryan. Whatcha doing on Saturday?," I asked "no, well going to practice, why?," Ryan asked "there's a banquet party, with all of the second families and I want you to be my guest," "really? I woke up and looked at my iPad mini and it said it was Saturday;7:30 I got up and ate a bagel and hopped into the shower washed my hair and shaved my legs, I jumped out and looked for a nice dress, I saw my blue dress and put it on, I looked at my clock, 8:32 I brushed my hair, braided it and put on a little bit of makeup, as I was making my bed I heard a knock on my door, "hi Ryan! You like fantastic!," I smiled "hi you look great," he came in and I hugged him, he leaned in and kissed me. We sat on the couch "when are we leaving?," "it's nine now right?," I asked, Ryan looked at his watch "yes," "we leave at 12:30 and the party begins at 1:30," I replied, we sat and watched tv and Crow came and cuddled, finally mom came into the living room "time to go!," I jumped up. "lets go!," I went outside I saw Tigga on his iPod, and Joy and Jay talking "where's jake?," I asked "he has to work," mom frowned. Thor came out with the keys "shotie middle!," Joy and I called together, all the boys rolled their eyes, when we pulled up to the banquet hall I got really excited, I walked in with pride and right away saw Emmet "Shade! Over here!." Ryan and I walked over "why am I not surprised? Of course you brought Ryan," Emmet rose an eyebrow "he is my deputy you know," I shot the response. "Of course, but is that the only reason you brought him?," "oh! its Brad! Come up here please," all of us got up and crossed the room to the stage "hello all of you, this is a surprise, we have guests in the crowd, I want all of you to tell the meanings of your crest, Rock?," "hello, I'm Rock Crely, my crest is a tree and a bird, the Tree means; life is gives to us, but without responsibility it can be taken away easily, and the bird means; learning is one thing, but doing it, and doing it right is another." Rock bowed and he looked at Brad. "Hello I'm Brad Wineting, my crest is a cloud and a leaf, the cloud means; the power you carry with you, can help with others, but if you use it wrong it can spark a fire you can't put out, and the leaf means; change, and the best leader wants change and the most powerful leader is afraid of it," Brad bowed and looked at Josh. "Hello I'm Josh Flyra, and my crest is a lighting strike and a tongue of flame, the strike means; the power is strong and powerful and it can be hard to control, the flame means; if you do something wrong your powers can start a fire you can't stop," he bowed. "Hello I'm Emmet Wawe, my crest is a orca whale, and a starfish, the whale means;passion is a easy thing to get but if you use it right it can be for your skill, and the starfish means; the light is right but it's hard to find," he bowed. I stepped up "hello, my name is Shade Cattra, my crest is meant for many reasons, my cat paw is we are gentle and kind, but we can also be stealth and dangerous, the flames is that is the passion that sparks our skill and the star is we can stay bright within the mist of darkness and the most darkest warrior can have light within."
