A timid young man stepped into the senator's office. The senator always scared him a little. Especially with the rumors of the high school of zombie's he had been the principal at four years ago.
The man shivered and swallowed.
"S-sir. I-its time for your meds." The young man stuttered, holding a plastic cup with a green pill in it and a small cup of water.
The senator looked up from his paper work and smiled. His cold eyes met the young man's, causing the hair on the back of the neck to stand up.
The senator stood up and walked over, took his medicine, and walked over towards the window."This is good." The senator smiled.
"W-what is, sir?" The young man stammered.
"This." The senator replied, gesturing to the window, and dragged the young man over, "Look at it, Owen. Look at all the monsters down there. Watch as they tear people limb from limb."
"H-Hammerlick, sir? You're scaring me a little." Owen said.
"Zomidine produced this. Professor Mendez's brilliant invention created this. Created me. Ingenuity breeds creation, and creation breeds chaos. Based on his love for mankind, he created monsters. You see, love is a magnicent thing, but incidentally, it also gives birth to a dreadful tragedy." Hammerlick chuckled, "But I guess not even the devil himself couldve guessed that, huh? You see, as humans continue to thrive, they continue to invent. They learn all they can about this reality they were thrust into. However, the more they try to cure, the more disease they create. And for me, that just means more votes. More undying support from those beasts. And eventually, I'll rule them all."
Hammerlick smiled evilly as the fire from the destruction ravaging the town was reflected in the lenses of his glasses. Owen trembled and whimpered. Hammerlick chuckled.
His plan was coming together nicely. Now, it was time for phase two.
