Yugi and Téa: truth

*so there's going to be a time skip here. I didn't want to do a torture scene. You can check out Ukume279's uncovering the truth's torture scene for kinda an idea. I just don't have the heart to write that. But this is just after the torture.*

Yugi felt nothing but pain. He was locked in a fish tank that was big enough for his siren form. He could move alittle, but not much. He had cuts all over his body. Yugi wasn't sure when his father finally stopped. The salt water made his wounds sting. He had a broken arm and possibly some broken ribs. He could only think of Téa. Then he remembered something. Even though Yami wasn't in the millennium puzzle anymore, they still shared one thing. A mind link. He thought maybe Yami could find a way to help him. He concentrated hard on the mind link. They hadn't used it in so long, he didn't know if it would work. -Yami... can you hear me?- Yugi asked weakly though the link. -Yugi, is that you. We've been looking everywhere for you. Where are you?- Yami asked. -I don't know...- Yugi felt like he was going to die. -Yugi, you sound weak. Just hang on. I might be able to track you though the link.- Yami said. -Tell Téa I love her...- Yugi passed out.

Meanwhile Yami knew Yugi passed out. He called the gang. They knew he was a siren. The gang even called Téa. Luckily the sun was still high in the sky. "Can you track him Yami?" Malik asked. "No, he's out cold. When that happens I can't sense him. I'm worried." Yami said. "So wait, you and Yugi have a mind link?" Téa asked. "It's a long story that I don't have time to tell right now. We have to find him." Yami said. "Calm down Atem. We will find your brother" Bakura said. "Atem?" Téa asked. "My real name. I just don't use it very often." Yami admitted. "Marik, Malik, you two will have to use your sense of smell for tracking. It's the only other way." Ryou said. "Tristan, we might need your shadow travel, Joey, stand by in case Yugi is hurt. Bakura,go with Tristan, Malik and Marik, we might need some fire power" Ryou ordered. "Wait what?" Yami asked. "We are all mythical creatures. Me and Malik are werewolves, Bakura and Ryou are dragons, Joey and Tristan are elves." Marik said. "Thank you all. As the mermaid princess, I'll give you any reward I can if your able to save Yugi" Téa said. Ryou's eyes went wide. He bowed. "We're sorry Téa, we didn't realize you were the mermaid princess." Ryou said. "It's alright. Now go save Yugi. Hurry" she said. Everyone that was given orders left.

Back at the wearhouse, Yugi was still in a lot of pain. Actually he was in more than before for his father tortured him more. He just wanted it all to end. He was to weak to fight. (Téa, I'm so sorry. It looks like... this is the end) Yugi thought. He closed his eyes and went unconscious. The door to where his tank was opened. It revealed Bakura, Tristan, and Marik. Marik was in his werewolf form. Bakura broke the glass. He and Tristan caught Yugi's unconscious siren body. They had already taken care of the men who kidnapped him. "Come on Yugi, let's get you to Joey so he can heal you." Tristan said. Bakura turned into his dragon form. Tristan handed Yugi to Marik who was now in his human form and used his shadow powers to hide Bakura as he flew back to the game shop.

They got Yugi in and Joey got strait to work. Téa was right by his side. She stoked his hair. "Please be okay Yugi. I... I can't lose you" Téa said in tears. "he'll be fine Téa. I promise" Joey said in a distorted voice. Joey was healing Yugi for a good hour and a half when Yugi finally woke up. The first thing he saw was Téa. "Téa?" Yugi asked. "Yugi. Thank God" she said hugging him. The sun had set and her tail was in full view. But she didn't care. She had to be there for Yugi. Yugi was dressed in his clothes he had on when he was kidnapped. "Téa. I'm so sorry" Yugi said. "Don't be sorry love. You couldn't help what happened" Téa said with tears. She kissed him. Yugi was told about his rescue. He was glad he was able to use the mind link to contact Yami. Téa ended up spending the night with Yugi. Yami carried Téa to Yugi's bed. Yugi laid next to her. She just wanted Yugi close. Yugi also wanted Téa close. He was glad to have Téa.

The next morning Téa woke up first. Her tail was gone for the day. She kissed Yugi awake. "Good morning princess" Yugi said with a smile. "Morning Yugi. How do you feel?" She asked. "Much better. I do have some scars, but I'll be okay" Yugi said. She smiled. "I'm glad your okay. You really scared me" Téa said. "I promise you, I wasn't trying to" Yugi said. They got to school and Yugi began thinking about what his grandfather said when he told him he was a siren. He suspected that Yugi was in Oracle. Yugi didn't quite understand what that meant. At lunch he was eating with Téa when he leaned back. Téa caught him. Yugi's normally violet eyes were clouded.

A storm was high above Yugi. Lightning was striking all around him. A flash of feathers hit his face. Then he saw Téa being lifted by a Harpy. "Get your claws off my wife" Yugi yelled as he shot lighting from his arm. The harpy let go of her and Yugi caught her

Yugi gasped. "What was that?" Yugi asked. "Yugi, are you alright?" Téa asked. "I am now. Thank goodness we have drama next." Yugi said. Téa nodded. They entered drama. They were the only ones there. "Hi. Mrs. Carpenter" Yugi said. "Hi Yugi. How are you?" She asked. "Well um, I just found out I'm a siren" Yugi said. "I thought so. I'm sure your voice is much more alluring. Have you tried your abilities?" She asked. "Yes. I can move water, create a storm, and control lightning" Yugi said. "Your him, the legendary siren" Mrs. Carpenter said. "Yes. Also, my grandpa said something about me having Oracle in me. What's that?" Yugi asked. "Why, that's another special siren type. They see the future." Mrs. Carpenter said. "Wait, when those visions happen, dose the body become limp and eyes become clouded?" Téa asked. "well since I'm one I can say yes." Mrs. Carpenter said. Téa grabbed Yugi's shoulders. "Yugi, what did you see?" Téa asked. "I think I saw the harpy war." Yugi said. "You saw it too. I've been seeing it for two days." Mrs. Carpenter said. "I got the vision during lunch" Yugi said. "I see. It looks like you might need to find the clans soon. But we start the play in a month." Mrs. Carpenter said. "Yes I know. Oh, who got what parts?" Yugi asked. "You got Rapunzel, Téa, and you got Flynn Rider, Yugi" Mrs. Carpenter said. "Sweet. Who's playing mother Gothel?" Tea asked. "Well, that would be Mary Wilson. She was perfect for the part." Mrs. Carpenter said. "Oh and Yami is playing the king. I gave him speaking parts since they didn't speak in the movie." Mrs. Carpenter added. "Man I can't wait" Yugi said. "Who's playing the queen?" Téa asked. "that would be Amanda Ukume." Mrs. Carpenter said. Soon the rest of the class arrived. Mrs. Carpenter did a stage make up session. Especially since some of the class was in the play. At the end of the day, Téa took Yugi home. He kissed her goodbye for the night. When he walked in the door, grandpa greeted him. "Hi Grandpa, oh, you were right. I have Oracle in me. I only had one vision though." Yugi said. "I understand Yugi. Oh, you said you were already in love with the mermaid princess right?" Grandpa asked. "Yeah." Yugi said. He handed Yugi a black box. "Give that to her. I got it for you to give to her. It may not have been a long time, but your meant to be together. Ask her when your ready" grandpa said and went up stairs. Yugi opened the small black box to reveal a beautiful Dimond ring shaped like a mermaids tail.
