Yugi and Téa: truth

Yugi woke up early the next morning. Yugi smiled at his sleeping wife. It was still dark outside so Yugi pried Téa off of him gently. He found some underwater paper and left a note. He then kissed Téa on the head. "I love you" he whispered in her ear.

He found Heba who was already up. "Must you leave so soon?" Heba asked. "I have to get some extra help. Don't worry. I'll be back" Yugi said. Heba nodded and hugged him. "Be careful" Heba said. "Thanks. I should be back in a couple days time" Yugi said. Heba nodded and let go. Yugi swam as fast as he could back to domino. (Oh no, I forgot to leave clothes on the beach. I know, I'll use the mind link) Yugi thought.

Meanwhile Téa woke up seeing Yugi gone. She was able to go find him when he suddenly felt sick. She found a bathroom and threw up. (What's wrong with me?) She thought. After she finished she went back to her room and found Yugi's note. It read,

Téa,
Sorry I wasn't there when you woke up. I have to go get the help we talked about. I should be back in a day or two. I love you. Stay safe,
Love Yugi

Téa was relieved to hear that Yugi was safe. She went downstairs to eat. "How are you feeling?" He a asked. "Not great. But I'm not sure why. Don't get sick very often" Téa said. "Téa, you and Yugi, you know, last night right?" Heba asked. "Well, yes... were we loud?" Téa asked embarrassed. Heba chuckled. "Even if you were that room is soundproof." Heba said. "Then how did you know?" Téa asked. "Oracle, remember" Heba said. "Anyways, Téa, did you know that when mermaids get pregnant, they feel it the day after concepetion" Heba asked. Téa was shocked. "What! No, I..I can't be. I was on birth control" Téa said freaked. "Téa, sometimes that doesn't work. We have a special test that can confirm it. It will work even if you just conceived last night" Heba said. Téa was scared.

Back with Yugi he just made it to domino. (I hope this works) Yugi thought. -Yami, Yami can you hear me?- Yugi asked though the link. -Yugi? Where are you? Are you alright?- Yami asked. -Yes I'm fine, I'm on the beach. I need some clothes and a towel. Can you bring me some?- Yugi asked. -yeah, me and Amanda are on our way. Although, she will have to wait in the car- Yami said. Yugi thanked him and waited.

10 minutes later Yami drove up with Amanda. Amanda insisted on not waiting in the car. "Amanda, this might shocked you" Yami said. "It's fine. Let's help your brother" Amanda said. -Yugi, were here- Yami said though the link. Yugi came out of the water and pulled himself on the beach. "Wait, your a siren?" Amanda asked. "How did you know?" Yugi asked. "I'm one too. I should have realized that" Amanda said. "Here's your towel" Yami said.

Yugi dried his scales and Yami handed him his clothes. "Your a life saver Yami" Yugi said. "It was nothing" Yami said sheepishly. "come, we have to get to the game shop and call the others. And I need to call Mrs. Carpenter" Yugi said. "Already called. There all waiting" Yami said. "Wow, your fast" Yugi said.

When he got home everyone was waiting including Mai. "Mai, why are you here?" Yugi asked. "Didn't you know I'm a banshee?" Mai asked. "no I didn't." Yugi said. Joey laughed. "I found out just after your guys wedding" Joey said. Joey then paused. "Why didn't I feel this before?" Joey mumbled. He went up to Yami. "Yami, did you know your a Griffin" Joey asked. "A Griffin? What do you mean?" Yami asked. "See I you can change" Joey said. Yami thought he was crazy. But tried. He grew a giant head of a eagle with a lion body, eagle tallons, and huge eagle wings. His roar was like a eagle and lion mixed together. "Woah, why did I just find this out?" Yami asked. "You just turned 19 right Yami" Tristan asked. "Yes" Yami said still in his Griffen form. "Griffens undergo a transformation like sirens do. Only it starts at 19. You can trasform from human and to Griffen by will." Joey said. Yami was shocked as much as everyone else was. "Sorry I'm late" Mrs. Carpenter said walking in. "Alright, we have to go to the main siren population. That's where the war will most likely take place" Yugi said. Everyone nodded. "Yugi, you don't have to call me Mrs. Carpenter anymore. Call me Zipporah" she said. Yugi nodded. They all went to the beach. Yugi's grandpa stayed behind. Bakura and Ryou turned into there dragon forms and everyone hoped on. Yami went in Griffin form but never flew before. But was excited to try.

As they were flying, Yugi was thinking about Téa. He did feel bad leaving that morning without her, but it was for the better. It took them half a day to get back to where Yugi told them.

Yugi and Zipporah slid off the backs of the two dragons. When they hit the water, there tails formed instantly. Zipporah's tail was ba bright pink tail. Téa came swimming up to Yugi. She hugged him. "Hey sweetie, I missed you" Yugi said. "I missed you too. We do need to talk." Téa said. "Oh and the other clans are here" she added. "Perfect" Yugi said. "Mrs. Carpenter, you look great. Not used to you being like this" Téa said. "Call me Zipporah, Téa." She said. "Alright. Let's get to it."

Later that night Téa had a hard time sleeping. She rubbed her stomach. (I can't believe I'm pregnant. I hope Yugi won't be mad) she thought. Yugi was sleeping peacefully when a vision came into his mind.

They were waiting by an island. A ways a way there was a cloud of harpies and imps coming twords them. The look in the harpies and imps eyes were full of rage.

Yugi shot up. "It's soon. We have to get ready" Yugi said out loud. "What did you see?" Téa asked. "They were right, the imps and harpies have joined together. Hopefully we can win" Yugi said. Téa hugged him. "We will." Téa said. Yugi smiled and hugged her. "Let's try to get some sleep. We must be ready" Téa said. Yugi nodded and the two cuddled and fell asleep in each other's arms.
