The next day, everyone went to school. I talked to Señora Miller as soon as I got into the building. We talked about how I did a good thing by finding and helping Jack out with getting to class for the rest of the discussion. I of course thanked her before I got ready to go to Mr. Winchester's class. She told me one more thing. She wanted me to tutor a new student in Spanish that will come next week after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I agreed to tutor the student, and I asked her what the student's name is? She told me his name was Damon Gilbert before I left her class.
When I got to Mr. Winchester's classroom everyone sat down, and calm down for the teacher to start instructing the class on what we are doing today. "Hey Charlie. What did Señora Miller want to talk about this morning?" Asked Will with a curious tone and look on his face. "She wanted to thank me for getting Jack to class, and also she wants me to start tutoring a new student in Spanish starting on Tuesday." I Replied to him with a whispered tone. "Wow! What is the name of this new student?" Asked Emma now interest in the conversation. "His name is Damon Gilbert." I whispered as Mr.Winchester passed out get to know your classmate papers for us to work on. "Everyone has to work on his worksheet, and turn it in by the end of class." Said Mr. Winchester as everyone grabbed their writing utensil to start writing on their papers.
After class was over, everyone turned in their papers as they left the classroom. The rest of the day at school went normal at least all of our hands didn't glow as much as my first day of school here. Which come to think about it, it was yesterday.
