Chapter Three: The Confessions

Phil woke up with his head next to the side of Dans stomach and felt happy to be with Dan. He felt safe and wanted to wrap his arms around Dan but knew he couldn't. So he shook Dan a little till he woke up. Dan looked down and smiled at Phil. He pit his hand on Phil's chest hesitantly. Phil didn't know what it meant. Dan didn't know what he was doing. He was scared he might have freaked out Phil by putting his hand on Phil's chest. As they both were calm on the outside on the inside they both were terrified.

Phil closed his eyes. He wanted to stay there forever. With Dan. With Dan. Dan. He wanted to be with Dan. And Dan wanted to be with him. Phil pressed his back further into the couch cushion making himself comfortable.

Dan was nervous. He felt Phil moving next to him. He moved his hand and pinched a little but of Phil's shirt and rubbed it between his fingers gently. Dan felt Phil move closer up the side of his chest. Phil hesitantly out his head on dans chest. Phil didn't know what the hell he was thinking. He didn't know what he was doing.

Dan put his hand on Phil's arm just under the part of Phil's sleeve. He gently rubbed Phil's arm. Dan also had not one hell of a clue he was thinking. Dan put his hand under Phil's arm and pulled him up closer to him so Phil's chest was at the same level as dans.

Dan gently put his hand on Phil's lower back and pulled him almost on top of him. Phil was lying on Dans chest now. They stared at each other for a moment, before their lips collided for a few seconds.

Phil said "Dan....I think I love you...a lot" Phil spoke softly and slowing and had a nervous tone in his voice. "Me too" Dan said hesitantly and slowing and gently pulled Phil's head onto his shoulder. Phil felt a tear slowing gliding down his face like a cold knife being dragged across his warm skin.
