"Honey, I'm sure that's not what he was trying to do."My mom said trying to make this situation any better.

"Well? What is it, then?"My dad said

"I don't know. I just"I was out on that field. Just scored, feeling on top of the world. Feel feeling like I'd finally made you proud. Turned around, and there you were, patting his back, calling him "son," I said hurt

"Well, if you felt that way, you should have come to me. Why didn't you come to me?"My dad asked sincerely

"Really? Because you moved him into this house without even asking any of us. Without ask that may be the case, but I'm still disappointed in you, "I said angrily walking out of the kitchen and to my room.

" Jordan."My dad called out but I kept walking

(At Hopes House)

"Well that was an eventful night."Noah said shutting the door

"Yep."I sighed

"Honey why don't you head up to bed."My mom said rubbing my back

"Yeah I'll do that."I said

I walked up to my room physically and emotionally exhausted. I took off my heels and unzipped my dress and put on a rope. I walked to my bathroom grabbing a makeup wipe removing all makeup off. With now my makeup-free face I looked in the mirror and sighed at my reflection just wanting this day to be over. I continued my night routine washing my face and brushing my teeth. After, I was done I walked over to my dresser grabbing a gray Fila sweatshirt and black champion shorts. With being dressed for bed I climbed into bed ready to fall asleep but I got a facetime call from Olivia. I sighed to myself looking at my phone whether or not to answer it.

"Hey."I said

"Hey."Olivia said

"What's up."I said

"Jordan told us why he did what he did?"Olivia said

"Really what'd he say."I asked

"He said that he was hurt that our dad was more focused on Spencer than him."Olivia said

"Oh."I sighed feeling slightly guilty about the situation

"I think you should come over."Olivia said

"Liv it's 10 pm already."I sighed

"I know but I think Jordan will appreciate you coming."Liv said

"what am I gonna tell my mom."I said

"Just say you forgot your physics book and say your gonna sleep over."Liv said hopefully

"Fine."I said

"Great see you later."Live said

"Later."I said ending the call

I went over to my dresser packing some clothes for tomorrow, then to my bathroom grabbing my toiletries, and my makeup. With my duffle bag filled with my things I walked over to my mom's bedroom. I knocked three times on the door before my mom opened it.

"Hey sweetie, what's going on you can't sleep?"My mom asked

"Uh no I forgot my physics book at Olivia's and I really need it."I said

"It's so late already."My mom sighed

"Liv said I can sleep over since its so late."I said

"Alright well then I'll see you at the game tomorrow."My mom said kissing my head

"Bye mom."I said

"Be safe."My mom replied

With my duffle bag on my shoulder and my backpack on my back I headed outside to my car. Ready to head to the Baker household.

Third POV

Hope pulled up to the Bake household quietly thinking to herself why was she here. Hope shrugged her thoughts and made her way out of the car with her duffle bag on her shoulder and her backpack on her back. She slowly made her to the door ringing the doorbell before Oliva answered it greeting her.

"Hey."Olivia said opening the door wide for Hope to enter

"Hey."Hope sighed

"I'm glad you came."Olivia said

"You should I'm already in my pj's, no makeup, and glasses."Hope said pointing out her night attire.

"How about I take your stuff to my room and you talk to Jordan."Olivia suggested

"Alright."Hope sighed handing her stuff over to Olivia and making her way to Jordan's room

As Hope made her to Jordan's door she knocked 3 times. Hearing nothing but sighing, she knocked three more before hearing Jordan speak.

"Not in the mood to talk dad,"Jordan said

Hope opened the door any way seeing Jordan was dressed in black sweatpants and a white tank top. Jordan looked at Hope confused.

"What are you doing here?"Jordan asked.

"Liv called told me what happened."Hope sighed

"Of course she did."Jordan sighed sitting down on his bed

"Hey if you were that mad you should have talked to your dad."Hope said sitting next to Jordan

"I know but he was just so happy that Spencer was here I couldn't express my emotions."Jordan said

"Well next time speak to someone about it because you ruined Spencer's home life."Hope sighed

"I know and I'm sorry."Jordan said

"Don 't tell me that tell Spencer that."Hope said sighing

"I know but I am sorry because I'm not proving my true character to you."Jordan sighed

"You messed up everybody does but as long as you fix it, it's fine."Hope said grabbing Jordan's hands rubbing circles around it

"So does that mean I can still have that date."Jordan said hopefully(lol)(hope hopefully lol)

"Yeah I guess."Hope chuckled

"Really how about tomorrow after the game."Jordan said

"alright."Hope chuckled getting off of Jordans bed

"Where are you going?"Jordan asked

"going to bed I'm tired unless you want me to sleep during the game."Hope laughed

"Alright goodnight."Jordan said

"Goodnight."Hope said walking to Olivia's room

"So things went well."Olivia said

"Yeah I guess I have a date with him tomorrow after the game."Hope laughed

"Gross."Olivia said causing Hope to throw a pillow at Olivia
