LAKEWOOD

prologue

After two years of boarding school I'm finally back home, so much had changed in Lakewood, but it was still home. After my parents passed away, my older brother thought boarding school was the best option, because he traveled a lot and I was to young to stay home alone ,now that I'm 17 he said I could come back. I thought being home would easy after being away for so long but I was wrong as soon as I got into the house all the memories came flooding in.

"Bon? " I felt Zack's hand on my shoulder.

"I'm okay. It's just that after all this time away I thought being back would be easier " I said "but it just brings back so many memories "

"I understand, I haven't been home much either ". But now that you're back we can have some fun! " he said excitedly. "we can go out before your first day of school tomorrow "he smiled.

"where are we going? "

"you'll see just get ready "he said "you're gonna have fun , I promise "he smiled.

I went up to my room. It looked exactly as I left it down to the last detail. I got ready and went down stairs and found Zack waiting for me

"you ready? "

"I'm starving, let's get going" I laughed

The drive was oddly quiet, he took use to a little place our parents brought us to when we were little. We ate and talked for more then an hour and when we were just about to get up and leave I noticed someone . I saw him every time we came here as children , he looked the same as he did nine years ago he's eyes were as dark as night and his dark hair and pale skin made him look cold . I brushed it off and looked away.

"you look disturbed, what's wrong? "Zack asked

"No, i_i think I'm just tired "I responded.

"you look like you've just seen a ghost " he laughed
"ha ha" I laughed bluntly.

The drive home was fun we talked about everything we did before mum and dad died we laughed about how we always argued and now where stuck together .
We got back home and I rushed up to my room and got to bed.
The next morning I got ready for my first day at Lakewood High ,I wasn't ecstatic about I still had to go so I matched down stairs ready to take on the day, I found Zack down stairs.

"Morning Bon Bon!" Zack exclaimed.

" haven't heard that in a while " I smiled.

"catch! "he toasted me keys

"what's this for?" i asked.

" I'll be leaving town for two weeks, and you'll need a way to get around sooo I got you a car " he said .

"really? Thanks! " I hugged him and went out to the drive way.

I found a little black vitz .I got in and drove to school.
I reached school and went to the school admissions I talked to the school security and got my class list and locker number.

As I walked out of the administration into the hallway someone hit into me and I dropped all my papers.

"This is going to be a long semester " I mumbled to myself.
