the warm sunlight shining in peacefully wakes me up and i roll over and take a relaxing breath in to see am asleep david next to me. it was 10 am and i knew we wanted to show me around so i gently shook his awake.
"goodmorning sunshine." i say and kiss him on he cheek.
"goodmorning beautiful." he says back stretching.
"so. this is the little david dobriks room." i smile sitting up in his bed.
"it is indeed." he giggles.
"so what are we going to do today love?" i ask.
"i want to just show you around. take you to dinner. take you to all the cute places around here." he smiles.
we got up and got ready. he took me to a cute coffee shop and we got coffee and bagels. we went to the mellinnium park, navy pier, and an aquarium. the sun was setting and dave wanted to surprise me.
"david. you know i hate surprises!" i whine.
"cmon you are no fun." he laughs.
"i hate the suspense!!" i laugh back.
"trust me. i promise you'll love it." he says and reaches over for my hand.
i grab his hand kiss it. "okay i trust you."
he had the windows rolled down of his rental car jeep listening to best part by h.e.r
"ugh this is my favorite song ever !" i swoon. "you're my coffee that i need in the morning, you're the sunshine in the rain when it's pouring."
"you're my water when im stuck in the desert, you're the tylenol i take when my head hurts, you're the sunshine on my life" david joins in.
"if life was a movie, of you're the best part." we both join in together."
we had stopped and parked on the sand of a beautiful beach watching the sunset. the music playing in the background i crawled onto david and began kissing him.
in between kisses i look at him and say "god you make me so happy"
"i love you bailey." he pulls me in and just holds me.
i pause but then decide not to hold my feelings back.
"i love you too david dobrik" i whisper in his ear.
we sat there in the car sharing a seat listening to the music. before the sun fully sets we go and take pictures. when we get back to his parents house i decide to post.
