Alliances
To make a long story short; I'm forcing you into alliances. You get to choose who is in the alliance [as long as the other person agrees!] Now you don't have to be friends with the User of that tribute but it is advised.
You can't change the alliance unless the task requires you to! BUT you can also set up out-of-game truces. Here, you agree not to kill each other until a later time in the game and you tributes make no hostile move towards each other. But speaking from my past experiences; I wouldn't make too many truces... it may come back to haunt you.
With your teams it is also advised that you talk and decide who and who isn't a threat, after all, only two / three tributes will die each round.
Also it is best to take in account that you are mostly already friends with your district partner as you have been mentoring/mentored with/by them in previous games.
