Chapter 10: Complete

Vernon's POV

We saw Seungcheol hyung bumped into someone, we laughed at how clumsy he is then they started talking but we have to finish our filming soon, so we called him. I studied the girl while they were talking, she looks familiar.

"She must be a fan." I said, loud enough for Joshua hyung to hear.
"How come?" He asked curiously.
"She looks familiar, she might have went to one of our fansigns." I answered.
"She doesn't look familiar to me." Minghao hyung joined. Everyone else agreed.
"Are you sure you aren't imaging someone from before?" Jun hyung asked.
"Hmm.. I might be."

After filming, we immediately went back to our dorm. Then I remembered her again, wonder how she's doing. She might be upset if she heard about my debut. It's been her dream for so long.

I saw Seungcheol hyung watching someone on his laptop. I sat beside him then recognised her face.
"(Y/N)" I said without even thinking.
"Wait, you know her?" Seungcheol stopped watching to face me.
"Of course. She's been my friend since diapers. But I have to leave her for Korea."
"Ohh, so that's why her name was familiar! I knew I heard that name before." hyung exclaimed.
"Wait... She's the one you bumped and talked to, right?" I asked curiously.
"Yes. I also got her number. You know for future music videos. She can easily fit in."
"You have her number?!" I exclaimed happily. I hope I could talk to her again.
"Ye... Oh. Sure, just be sure she remembers you before freaking her out. I'll also text her so she knows you'll be texting her." Hyung said, taking his phone out to give me her number.

After taking her number, I went to my room and texted her. When I got a reply, I immediately opened it and saw that she still remembers me. She also told me that she watched three of our music videos already. She congratulated me for debuting, deep down I know she's a bit upset. Not to me but to herself. I just know she'll be blaming herself for not being accepted into any company she wanted.

As the night grows darker, me and (Y/N) talked about literally everything, until Jihoon hyung told me we still have schedules for tomorrow so it's better to get some rest. When I lay down on the bed, it got me thinking about the times we were together. Wait, Sophia has to know about this. I know! I'll set them up for a meet up, that way three of us can see each other.
