I was touching up on my makeup when I heard the doorbell ring, it was Sal! I felt a rush of excitement as I stood up from my vanity chair looking myself in the mirror before I left my room just to make sure I looked ok.
After I decided I looked ok I quietly opened my door and slowly walked down the stairs to meet the gaze of my boyfriend and my parents was they looked in awe. As I got closer to them I heard Sal all he said was "Wow... You look incredible y/n..." I could help but blush at his sweet words , I kissed him on his prostetic cheek as my mom and dad took a whole bunch of pictures of us. I quickly grabbed Sal's hand and we walked out of my house to prom before my parents could take anymore pictures. We waved them off as we headed to the school.

When we got there , it was a mad house people were dancing to all of the new, popular songs . It was incredibly hot in there and we couldn't find our friends.
Me and Sal just sat there and joked around eating food when the DJ started playing a slow dance song. I noticed that sal was playing with his fingers as he stood in front of me and held out his hand "So... D- do you wanna mabye dance? " He asked , seeming very flusterd. "I'd love too , but I gotta warn you, I'm not the best dancer " you giggled. He assured you that was fine as you made your way to the dance floor.
The both of you tried to dance along with the other kids but Sal was not the best dancer so sometimes he would accadently step in your foot when he was trying to step forward.
" Hey, do you wanna just dich the dancing and just hang out in the lobby? It's way cooler in there ". You asked your boyfriend who happily agreed. You two left the gym and just cuddled and talked about things about life , while sneeking a few kisses to his prostetic.
It was truly the best night ever~
